Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind, Dr. Georgia Ede presents a different perspective on nutrition and the value of mindful eating habits, after all dieting is not just about losing fat, it is about being healthier both physically and mentally. Dr. Ede provides enlightening data around foods, their positive and negative impacts and how some that most think as ‘healthy foods’, may not be the best for brain health. A compelling read, motivating me to try some of the recipes and meal plans.

I was looking for a diet plan to improve my mental health and I found it in Dr. Georgia Ede's new book, "Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind." Dr. Ede provides a clear roadmap for people to follow to address brain health. In this book you will find a clear path to follow, including what foods to eat and what foods to avoid for each diet stage, along with practical tips, meal plans and recipes. Dr. Ede is a strong proponent of a ketogenic diet for specific mental issues. I look forward to following the plan she outlined and exploring the recipes in this book.
