This will take a second to get used to, but I promise that you’ll get sucked in easily. Juliana and Romeo shouldn’t want each other. Or like each other. Or anything with each other. But the heart knows better than old grudges. And the secrets come out when someone is strong enough to buck the “tradition” they’ve been told to uphold. Some secrets are old and painful, some are fresh and painfully relieving. But once it all comes to a head, the true power is displayed and things are made right again.

I won’t lie. I wasn’t sure about this because everyone knows Romeo and Juliet were toxic and stupid. But Romeo and Juliana are anything but. They’re smart and cunning and confident. And they communicate! So I had to love them both. I also adore the comeuppance that a few receive here. I definitely look forward to more of these families.

I hate to give this one such a low review. I usually love stories by this author. In fact, she’s one of my go to authors.
However, I could not get into this story. I tried and I tried. I even decided to skip about 10 charters to see if it got more interesting. Sadly, for me, it did not. I barely finished this one.
I just couldn’t connect with the characters.
The story itself is written well.
Maybe I’m just not into the whole Romeo and Juliette storyline.

What a great start to a new series... Intriguing characters, family drama and a "Romeo & Juliette" theme MC style. So Good!!
I love how I assumed the story was going to go a certain way and then nope it doesn't.. unpredictable.
Love the drama and action within the story and I really love how there's no unnecessary drama between the couple to just to drag me along. Boy likes Girl.. Girl falls for boy and together they fight for the HAE!!!! And oh boy do they fight for their HAE!
Super Sexy and Hot! I loved it!

Love Grudge❣️

Love Grudge is a brand new start to a new series by Chantal and should not be missed. Based on a similar concept of Romeo and Juliet forbidden relationship vibes…Romeo aka Johnny Montanna and Julianna Callisto meet by chance. Sworn enemies of two different MCs…result of a love grudge from years ago. One night eventually turns into more and eventually they become more😇

I really enjoyed Romeo and Julianna’s quest to be together and the obstacles that they endured…a few sad moments but some great happy moments with that ending. I can’t wait for more and I’m keen for whatever comes next.

I received an advanced copy via Netgalley and willingly leave my honest review❤️

This was such a fun take on Romeo and Juliette. (Johnny “Romeo” & Julianna)

Something about Motorcycle club men just get me going 🤣🥵 and this did not disappoint on that aspect. Johnny was a “perfectionist” on that front. So I’ll say the spice was good, 🤌🏻 but with that said, some scenes were a bit repetitive.

The story line was great! Two rival MC have new presidents being introduced. Cue Romeo and Juliette. I really enjoyed reading through the struggles of falling in love but trying to maintain their positions they’ve been trained for.

I was so beyond angry with the attitude towards women though. “You are a woman, you should know your place.” Mannnn if you don’t shut the hell up 😅

This was fast paced and fun, but I do wish there was a bit more before the mic drop(I don’t want to spoil it)

If you’re a fan of modern takes on classics, MC, Spice, or romance I highly recommend! I hope to see more from this author! 🖤

Forbidden love has always been a tell-tale aspect of Romeo and Juliet, but when adding in motorcycle clubs and a modern day setting, it gets a LOT more interesting! I really enjoyed this read; I thought that the concept of this book was fairly unique and intriguing on its own, but I think it was the characters that really sealed the deal for me. Their secrets, their banter, and their love kept me enthralled in the story from the very start and I was constantly wondering what was coming next! Overall, I felt the book was well-written, fast-paced, and an enjoyable take on a well-known love story. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves bad boys and even more badass girls.
