This is one of the best books I’ve ever read on creativity and how to reclaim it if you feel stuck. As a writer I found this extremely helpful and insightful, but this could benefit anyone from artists, to designers, and obviously writers. I loved it and I’ll look forward to reading more from the author in the future.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It included some helpful tips, exercises and information about living a creative life. The interweaving of the authors own experiences, reinforces the material and adds to the reading experience. It's ends up not just being another self-help book but an actually quite entertaining read. I would recommend it to anybody working in any type of creative field, but think it'd be helpful for anybody. It's a great resource that you can turn to again and again.
The Art of You is an easy read and a decent introduction to creativity. It's probably best for people who consider themselves new to inhabiting a creative life.

It is a really good read, full of interesting ideas, prompts and thought processes to follow. Definitely a book to get you thinking and back on the path to creativity.
