I started reading this belatedly after being sent an advanced copy of book 4 too. I started reading and it was clear that I'd missed the character stories of a couple of the characters in chapter 1, so I stopped and found audiobooks of books 1 and 2 to listen to first.

The book can be read as a standalone, you just miss the full history of Ben/Summer, Kat/Jonah. Their histories don't really matter to this story but it's nice background to have.

This book twists and turns in all kinds of unexpected ways, as always communication is key but they get there in the end. I'd love a look around Monk's Folly, it sounds like a gorgeous house (by the end of the book at least!)

I didn't listen to the audiobook of this one but there was an acknowledgement in the back that it's the same narrator as books 1 and 2. I highly recommend the audiobooks. The narrator does an excellent job, putting on accents and voices for the characters, which means you get fully immersed in the story (and in Yorkshire).

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an advanced ebook copy in exchange for an honest review. Apologies for the belated reading/review!

I loved following Clemmie's story throughout this book!. A beautifully written, heart-warming tale with in depth characters within a close knit community! I truly look forward to reading more books by this author in the future!

Love the cover of this book to start with and really enjoyed it. I did make the mistake of reading out of sequence but at least I knew the characters well, This wouldn’t really matter if anyone did the same. A lovely heartfelt story set in a beautiful location. I am definitely a fan of Sharon Booth and would highly recommend her books. Thank you netgalley and publisher for the opportunity to read and enjoy.

enjoyed this book - the series third one. Lovely story and the characters are nicely distinct. I didn’t lunch care for Clemmie on a number of levels but think I’m a little bit taken with Ross. He could definitely do better that Clemmie as she just seems flipping hard work! but no accounting for taste

Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht, wie ich dieses Buch bewerten soll, da ich es aufgrund relativ kurzer Ausleihdauer (ohne Verlängerung) nicht lesen konnte.

First I must say I do love the cover of this book. and the title drew me in as well. This is a hot cuppa, get cosy kind of book and I really enjoyed it as I have enjoyed the others in this series. It is like a big hug. A fun read with so much more than just romance as it has a bit of tension and misunderstandings and obstacles. But then there are the heart-warming moments and cosy, romantic moments as well.

A great book, entertaining and easy to read. Enjoyable, a bit of fun and of course cosy.

Thank you NetGalley and Storm Publishing for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book.

Snowflakes and Surprises in Tuppenny Bridge by Sharon Booth

This was a slow burn for me, I definitely enjoyed the latter part of the book more than the beginning. It had some lovely moments but I felt it was lacking something for my personally. I did enjoy the setting and the descriptive side of the writing. Thanks so much Netgalley and Storm Publishing for this e-arc in return for my honest thoughts and opinions.

This book is a heartwarming tale of love and forgiveness set in a close-knit community. Clemmie, a romantic with a penchant for Jane Austen novels, carries a secret that affects her self-esteem and relationships. When she wins a portrait prize, tensions arise as she reconnects with her estranged artist ex-boyfriend, Ross, during a snowstorm. The story explores the complexities of relationships, including those between friends, parents, and grown children. Surprises unfold, including the arrival of newcomer Reuben, whose secrets challenge perceptions. Through Austen-inspired references and Ross's romantic gestures, the novel celebrates the enduring power of love and the importance of remaining a dreamer in a sometimes cynical world.

I am so happy I give this book a try! I really enjoyed it! It was for me the first time I read a book by Sharon Booth. I wasn't sure I could read it as i didn't read the first 2 books in the Tuppeny Bridge series, but I can assure you that you can totally read this book as a standalone. It's easy to understand who is who and you are drawn right away into the story. I loved it! I am giving this book 4 stars!

A romance which follows a fairly common formula, girl meets boy, they fall out without communicating , make assumptions about the other one and then come to hate each other. They end up together by accident and still have misconceptions about each other ..... It was OK, though most of the characters are fairly shallowly portrayed. We meet some of the characters from the other books in the series again.
I thought this book was a bit too long and it was a little irritating that everyone believed the local gossip machine rather than communicating with each other. On the other hand it was a light read where you do not have to think too much about the plot.
Thanks to Net Galley for the ARC, it was OK

I’ve totally fallen in love with Tuppeny Bridge. This one tells the story Clemmie and Ross. Once childhood sweethearts and after Clemmie finishes it six years ago Ross has never really known why..
When circumstances bring them back together can they manage to put the past behind them and move on.
I love a visit back to Tuppeny Bridge and catching up with all the other residents. Keeping everything crossed for number four in the series.
Thank you NetGalley and Storm for an ARC of this book.

This book had some nice moments, and I enjoyed some of the characters, but unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. It was completely filled with constant misunderstandings between the two main characters. I personally just don't care for a misunderstanding or miscommunication trope.

It always bothers me when essentially every obstacle could be solved by having an honest conversation.

I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are my own.

Clemmie and Ross have been at odds ever since she broke up with him 6 years ago for no apparent reason. In their small village they've become adept at avoiding each other. A stranger arrives who's friends with her aunt and seems interested in Clemmie, which upsets Ross. When a raffle results in Clemmie winning a portrait painted by Ross, she wants to refuse but it's for a good cause so she relents and schedules a sitting.

A snowstorm causes them to be thrown together as it's too dangerous to drive. They have a delightful visit and mend fences until her secret is unintentionally revealed. Can she believe him when he says he still loves her even despite what's revealed? All in all a delightful story, although the first half dragged a bit and along with the foreign colloquialisms almost caused me to stop reading. The author redeemed herself with the second half of the story. Now I plan to go back and read books 1 and 2.

Although I received a free ARC ebook from Net Galley and the publisher, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Book 3in the Tuppenny Bridge series. I haven't read the first 2 books and I felt it didn't matter. I picked up on the characters fairly quick. An enjoyable festive read.

This was a lovely post-Christmas read. You have no idea where it will end up, the twist with Dolly and Reuben certainly was not what I was expecting!

This is a lovely book and a great tribute to Clemmie's romantic novels, with the hint at how to decorate in a Regency style and even quoting some books, encouraging the reader to spend time investigating Jane Austen and meet Clemmie's Captain Wentworth.

Anything with books and horses is good in my book.

This has emotional twists and turns, and some brave health topics raised!

I would advise anyone to read this!
