Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC of Pound-a-Day Rapid Weight Loss by Madison Cavanaugh. While the concept sounded appealing - who doesn't want to lose a pound a day?! - unfortunately this doesn't seem like a program that would work for me. The book is well-written, informative and motivational but the three main ingredients don't appeal to me and I'm also not a fan of veggie smoothies, which is a key component of the plan.

This was okay. I’m confused as to why there is a second version of this?? And why there is a strategy but you have to buy the products and why this is asking for a review… this is just like the juicing method with weight loss pills. I would strongly encourage a medical professional before trying this because it could be unhealthy AND some like myself being the military can’t take these products.
