This book inspires to find beauty in simple things/actions and self reflect. As well, it has lovely and colorful illiustrations.
I've already incorporated in my daily life one habit from this book - before I open my eyes or begin to move, I find three reasons to be thankful for this new day and holding on to my three reasons until I REALLY feel them. Then, and only then, I am ready to wake up and greet the day.
Thank you NetGalley, Leaping Hare Press, Emine Rushton, Jocelyn de Kwant for an advanced e-copy of Holistic Habits: Build your best life one small change at a time

This is a really unique book. It's part non-fiction, part self-help, and part journal.
This book is a lot more interactive than the cover and the description make out. The illustrations are absolutely stunning, and bring a nice dose of colour and energy to the book.
This would make a great gift!
I’m always looking for new ways to incorporate some better habits into my routine. I thought this book had some nice ideas and especially appreciated the section on adding more fun and playfulness to my life. I think there is a little something for everyone in here. Overall a good, quick read full of helpful tips on creating better and healthier habits.
I LOVE THIS BOOK!!
I am only on page 19 and I’m already hooked! It has such a good feel to it, warm and light and makes me ready to incorporate some of the ideas into my daily life. I feel motivated to for a healthy change!
There are 12 chapters in the book and each chapter gives you 30 ideas on how to improve in this area of your life. Every single idea is something affordable and easy that could give your day a positive spin. The author stresses that you should only focus on little things, nothing too big that could cause more stress. It’s about taking the easy, more fulfilling way of life. I can’t wait to incorporate these habits into my day to day life and I will definitely be purchasing this book for myself and all of my friends and family upon its release.
Thank you so much for the ARC, Netgalley! Roll on release day!!
Holistic Habits by Ermine Rushton & Jocelyn de Kwant
From building a better bedtime routine, to getting outside into nature more and reconnecting with those around you, learn, through 365 simple and practical prompts, how to change your life for the better, one day at a time.
This is a book that you will keep for life to dip in and out of. Really enjoyed reading it and can see that it will be one that you open up regularly to help you on the journey of life.
Thank you, The School of Life, for the advance reading copy.
I like the presentation and the questions/explanations given in the book. However, why are the options for each question limited to two? I know what we need to know is given on the next page as a general explanation for each question.
Well, the questions will help the reader reflect even without the options I feel.
Quite insightful and helpful I would say if we want to explore what might be the reasons we are not ready for relationships.
