This is a fun collection of books. The one I think I am the most interested in is “Bless Your Heart.” This is a great chance to get to read a variety of Books and see if you are interested in checking out the full novel.

Thank you to NetGalley, St. Martin’s & Minotaur Books for the opportunity to read these samples.

The first book in the Minatour sampler is Leave No Trace, A National Park Mystery A multi author series packed with action in a great plot if you like books with smart dialogue surprises left and right this is a great book the next one is a book I haven’t read it’s called The Expectant Detectives about a group of pregnant moms to be that solve a murder I have this book in my library and cannot wait to read it. The book is written by cat ales has a dog named Helen a mom and a Newtown with secrets and a cult I can’t wait to read it! The third is Everyone Who Can Forgive Me Is Dead by Jenny Hollander A survivor of a traumatic event tries to find the killer this book is also in my library and I cannot wait to read it. Off The Air is a debut novel about a reporter Who gets a little too involved in her reports this is another book I cannot wait to read. It seems every book in this sampler was amongst the best they had to offer because all of them except for one or books I want to read and the ones I don’t want to read is because I’ve already read them. Last but not least is Bless Your Heart The Evans family owns a Texas funeral parlor with their southern attitude or displayed this book looks like it is going to be not only funny but also intriguing this year it seems every book they have picked for the sampler as I said is a Stellar because I want to read this one as well they’re all so good and sound so great with the exception of Leave No Trace which I have already read and thought it was awesome. I want to think Minotaur books and that galley for this great arc copy please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review.

This sampler is terrific! I really enjoy these previews and they are just long enough to have a good idea of my new TBR titles. Thank you.

Each starter book is interesting.
Makes me want to purchase these fantastic books when they release.

But I truly did not realize these were not the full books.
Still good starts.

4 out of 5 for me!
Thank you to Minotaur for fun samplers, these are a great way to read the beginning of upcoming books.

I thought most of these had strong starts and I want to put them on my TBR; there was one that had a slower start but I bet it could still be a great story!

Of note:
Leave No Trace was my favorite of the bunch and I will cry if Minotaur denies me for the NG ARC, lol! But I'll be reading this one whether I have to wait until release.

All of these were on my TBR but now I'm even more excited for them!

Minotaur has consistently put out winners for me and houses my absolute favorite authors: Elle Cosimano, Kimi Cunningham Grant, Hannah Morrissey just to name a few.

When it comes to Expectant Detectives, I already know this one will be a huge hit. Minotaur really does cozy mysteries right (Finlay Donovan, need I say more?). This is my most anticipated in this pack!

My second most anticipated here is Everyone Who Can Forgive Me is Dead! Another thing Minotaur does well is finding BOMB debut authors and I already know this one will be a hit in the thriller world!

I plan to read them all and am so excited for all the great books this winter is going to bring us!

Thank you so much for making these samplers, Minotaur!!

I had been hearing a lot about 'Everyone Who Can Forgive Me is Dead' and I jumped at the chance to read a sample. I love crime fiction that has a true crime element and I thought both the story and the writing style were brilliant. There is obviously a lot more to be uncovered about what happened to Charlotte and her friends and I'm very frustrated that I'll have to wait to find out exactly what went down!

A lovely surprise for me was 'The Expectant Detectives'. I do enjoy cosy crime but it has to still have the right amount of 'crime' or some really interesting characters to grip me and this had both. I would have loved to have read this when I was pregnant with my daughter - it was really funny and again I would love to finish this one and find out what happens to this unlikely group of detectives.

The books in this sampler were all creative and interesting. I requested two of them and had already been approved for a third. I don't want to completely overwhelm my TBR, so I didn't request all of them. The excerpts were just enough to get me interested in reading them.

This was great! I loved being able to preview the books before requesting the full galleys! Thank you Minotaur and NetGalley!

I really enjoyed reading this sampler of upcoming releases! This put some books on my radar that I previously didn't know about (especially Leave No Trace and Off the Air). I also appreciated the length and the number of included excerpts, because it was a perfect sampler set without being overwhelmingly long.

Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press/Minotaur Books for an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review!

I’ve never seen something like this so when I saw it for download on Netgalley I got it because I was curious. I haven’t read very many thriller/mystery type books and intought it would be cool to read the start of a couple so I could maybe find something I really wanted to read. I liked the mix of different book types. It gives mostly everyone a chance to find something they might be interested in. As for all of the books individually:

Leave No Trace: I greatly enjoyed this. Plenty of action and intrigue. I really want to know what was behind the main attack in the book and I really want to read more. Will be looking this up to read in the future. 4.25 stars

The Expectant Detectives: While I didn’t dislike this it was my least favorite in the book. I’ve discovered I’m not much of a cozy mystery person. I liked the MC mostly? I don’t like how heavily she was judging the one alt woman while also trying to befriend her. I can see how cozy mystery fans would like this but I don’t think I’ll be continuing. 3 stars

Everyone Who Can Forgive Me is Dead: This is hands down my favorite in the sampling. I loved the MC and I need to know more about her and the tragedy she was involved in. Will 100% be reading this in the near future. 4.5 stars

Off the Air: Once again, I’m not the biggest fan of cozy mystery. I did like this more than the first included and I’m vaguely intrigued by the concept. I mostly like the MC but I hate her rivalry with the other female reporter and how she takes her down for being girly and caring about what she looks like. The awkward Spanish with the Latinx reporter was awkward. I doubt I’ll read more but there is a higher chance here. 3.5 stars

Bless Your Heart: I really liked the prologue to this. It was properly creepy and disturbing. And then it went south for me. Wasn’t that big a fan of the family interaction and the goth kid stereotype annoyed me. I might look this up for see if there is more like the prologue in the book later. 3.5 stars

Overall I did like this. It’s a neat way to find a new read. Do recommend this and would read another like this if I saw it in the future.

I always look forward to these samplers--what a great way to introduce readers to authors they aren't familiar with! I'm particularly excited about reading "Everyone Who Can Forgive Me Is Dead" and "The Expectant Detectives," both by debut authors who I hope we'll be hearing a lot more from!

These were some cool reads that I really enjoyed. I hadn’t come across these titles so I’m glad I came across this collection. Everyone Who Can… title stood out the most for me and I will be on the look out for that one.

Thanks to NetGalley and the Publisher for the excerpts.

This samplers are always a great way to find out about several new books coming out. They contain books that I probably would not have run across otherwise. I was interested in several and will put them on my list to look out for when they are published.

I love these samplers because they let me experience intros to books I would never have picked up. I am adding at least one to my ever-growing TBR.

The Minotaur Sampler, Volume 10 is such an incredible sneak peek into 5 amazing upcoming titles.
This sampler is a great way to read little sneak peeks for the upcoming pubs in winter 2024.
Each of these titles were intriguing and gave a small but wonderful glimpse into the beginning of each story.
I’m so thrilled to see most of these are a beginning to a new series and one is a standalone.
I can’t wait to read each book because from what little I did read these books are bound to a good show.

I would like to thank NetGalley and Minotaur Books for the opportunity to read this ahead of its publication date in return for my honest review.
