Jeff Wetzler’s Ask is one of those books that completely shifts the way you think about communication. This book made me understand that it’s not just about asking better questions, it’s about unlocking insights, deepening connections, and getting to the real heart of what people think and feel. Wetzler lays out a simple yet powerful framework for tapping into the wisdom of those around you, whether you're leading a team, mentoring someone, or just trying to have more meaningful conversations in your daily life.

Personally, this book has been a game-changer. It’s made me more intentional about how I listen and how I ask questions that actually spark insight instead of just getting surface-level responses. Wetzler does a great job of breaking down the science and psychology behind great conversations while keeping it practical and easy to apply. Ask is a must-read. It’ll make you rethink the way you interact with people and help you unlock breakthroughs you didn’t even know were possible.

Legit, I could cry about all of the opportunities I've missed out on, the trips I haven't taken, the questions I haven't had answered. I would continue to have regrets, but I took SO MANY notes on this book. I took time to reflect on how to ask and why I should bother, and it made a difference for me mentally. What else could I ask from a title? It all comes down to listening and asking! 4.8!
