REVIEW:
Bjornolf & Anna have a history that not many know about. Well not much of a history as a fleeting moment of time. But that was enough time for both to realize that there was something more between them. But the job always comes first right?
I enjoyed this book very much even if I could not figure out how to pronounce Bjornolf’s name. Why do authors have to pick the most complicated names on the planet. Anyways. I really enjoyed B & Anna’s story. This was my first trip to the Heart of the Wolf series and I do plan on returning and reading the complete series in the very near future. While part of a series A SEAL Wolf Christmas easily reads as a stand alone book. Although I would have like to see the initial interaction between B & Anna. *wink, wink*

I received a complimentary copy of the book in exchange for an honest review. This review is my own opinion and not a paid review.

I came to Terry Spear’s Heart of the Wolf series late but I’m so glad I got here! While I haven’t read all of the books I’ve read several and I can tell you they are all well written and exciting shifter thrillers.
Bjornolf (Bear Wolf) is an alpha wolf who is a retired Navy SEAL. He’s been attracted to the fearless Anna but has always treated her as a fellow professional. However, in this latest assignment they are to play the role of newlyweds fostering a teenager in order to find who killed two gray wolf shifters on a Christmas tree farm. This means sharing a lot more than the house they are using as their base of operations.
Bjornolf and Anna both have a problem with Christmas, among many other issues. In fact, Anna has never had a Christmas tree, something that Bjorolf decides to correct right now. The teenager they are “fostering” is attracted to the daughter of the farm owner, which brings with it a load of other problems.
Terry Spear brings many characters from previous books of this series back for a Christmas reunion of sorts, and it was great to see them again. This is not only a wonderful book that stays true to the world Ms Spear has built but it is also an exciting Christmas holiday story that can be enjoyed year round.
