Mikey becomes a vampire and is totally unaware. Marguerite is an old vampire and suddenly is mated with an unsuitable vampire, what could possibly go wrong? A challenging relationship, two very different characters in situations neither of them wanted. The back story to Marguerite could have been explored a bit more and the vampire world has a lot of questions I would love to have answered, but I loved the way the relationship develops between them.

DNF... It was ok. Didn't grab my attention and needed more detail with a slower pace. I just wanted more. Slower when we dive deep into a story like this.

A beautiful love story that had a lot of unexpected surprises along with deception and a suspense. It’s a fun read with great characters and a well written storyline. It is very entertaining and definitely worth reading. Glad to see that Mrs. Christie Clayton is still on her game.
