Can you become a master of decision-making? In her insightful book, Nuala Walsh guides readers to refine their decision-making skills and 'Tune In' to their sound judgment. Although the book is deeply rooted in psychological theories, it remains highly accessible due to the numerous examples and narratives that vividly illustrate these concepts. I particularly appreciated that many of the stories were contemporary and relevant, showing how even the most renowned or successful individuals can be misled by cognitive biases. This book is especially beneficial for current and aspiring leaders.
