I want to cook (almost) everything in this gorgeous cookbook. The recipes look absolutely delicious and none of the ingredients seem to be difficult to find (or, if they are, the author tells you easy substitutes or how to make it yourself). 10/10 would buy for myself.

A gorgeous cookbook that will make great gift giving....amazing photography well written and organized and will make you want to add the apero to your culinary musts. So far all the recipes in that category deliver.
A gem of a find will refer to often for recipes and amazing cote photos…so glad Rebekah was able to recover from long Covid by immersing
in food and sea. There are just the right amount of recipes not to overwhelm and keeps the standard division of recipe ordering which I find to be a good thing. Chronicle books amazes again.
