Oh I loved that!
If you haven't gotten into Samantha Chase's Montgomery series yet, I highly recommend it. (Though this one isn't the one to tip your toe in with.) You don't need to have read all of the previous books, but it would help to have read some of them in order to fully enjoy A Merry Montgomery Christmas.
All the sibs and cousins, and all of their kids, converge on a huge hotel-like estate to celebrate Christmas week. Lots of fun family interaction action, and even a budding romance, it was marvelous.
The audio is beautifully performed by Kevin T. Collins.

I haven't read the Montgomery series, but I love Samantha Chase so I wanted to give this a listen to. The story did not disappoint. There are a lot of names and couples to keep straight, but I think for the most part, I kept it straight. This was a perfect holiday story and with a great set up of a new series to come. I adored this family and I can't wait to go back and read their individual stories!
The narrator did a great job with so many different characters. Two narrators may have been more helpful in keeping things straight, but he did a great job.

William Montgomery has waived his matchmaking ways through his entire family. And this holiday season he wants nothing more than his entire family all together. That being a big feet with a Montgomery’s now numbering over 50 but somehow, they managed to get them all under one roof.
Oh, I absolutely loved this audiobook. I will admit I have not read all of the Montgomery brothers' books. I was able to follow along pretty quickly after realizing who was who. I loved the snippets of each couples' individual stories as they were on their way to meet the family for vacation. For those that have read the stories previously it’s a nice little snippet of life to catch up. There is no doubt that the Montgomery family is very close, loyal, and willing to do anything for their family. So many different families within one giant family. It’s actually a very unique read. William is very proud of how big his family is. He is definitely all about family and making sure everyone is on their way to happiness. He even gets to play that match making hand at this Christmas get together.

A Merry Montgomery Christmas is the 11th book in the Montgomery Brothers Series, but can be read as a standalone.
This is the perfect time of year for this beautiful Christmas story. It’s about family, friends, and togetherness. Loved getting the whole Montgomery clan back together again. So many people under one roof a lot is bound to happen. Loved the banter, drama, slight angsty times, the sass, the sexy times. This story kept me laughing and entertained. Loved how even though the couples were going through their own slight issues with in the story they all rallied around one another to provide love and support.
Of course, we couldn’t go with out William Montgomery playing matchmaker. He is the real time Cupid, wanting for his whole family to have love in their life, and I am here for it. I hope there is a follow up to the new couple that might be brewing. The narration by Kevin T Collins was just a chefs kiss. So many characters and he still managed to make each one their own. He was great to listen to and kept me engaged. Great listen and a quick read.

Have I read all the previous books? Absolutely not 😅 but I definitely enjoyed the story.
If you have read any of the previous 9 books you will probably really really enjoy this one.
It’s full of family Christmas vibes. A full, fun and funny family at that!
The audio was a fun listen. I listed to this one while i decorated my tree and I was laughing a few times.
Laughing because my family is not like this at all. My family is so loud that listening to this nice and calm-ish family was a nice change.
I loved the emphasis on family first. The multiple pov was so nice!

Super cute Christmas book + I love this cover 🤭. I don’t lvoeeee 3rd person so that’s always tricky for me but all around enjoyable!!

Thank you so much to @netgalley for the chance to review A Merry Montgomery Christmas. This was such a lovely story, and I was so excited to get to see all of the Montgomery family members together. I have read so many of the stories, most recently with Carter and Emery. I enjoyed how the stories went back and forth. They are such a charming bunch, and I loved the little bits of drama and well-meaning meddling. I love a good HEA, and there were so many in this book. So heart-warming and the perfect book to relax by a fire during a snowy winter night.
The narrator was on point! Loved it.

I started this audio book and my first thought was, I know that voice. I immediately paused it and went to my audible page. Yep, I knew it! I had no clue that I was reading “The Montgomery family” Christmas. I read the over view and thought this sounds really good, never realizing that I had read all the previous books before. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least.
It was so cool to get a refresher of all the family. This book can definitely be a stand alone or read after the others. Samantha gives a glimpse of each of the previous nine books which sets the stage for all that’s to come.
I love the Montgomerys they are fun the chaos the drama everything is so realistic, their family dynamic is top notch.
The old man, who I can only picture as looking like Santa, you cannot help but love all his meddling, he’s notorious for match making.
I absolutely love that this book revolves around the holidays and how it brings their HUGE family together.
Audio review- like I said, I knew immediately who this book was about. I don’t think there is another narrator that could do what Kevin Collins did. He did the voices for over 50 people and I enjoyed every second of it. I could feel the emotions and excitement in his words. I totally love hearing him narrate. He gets all the praise for his voice skills, crazy how he can sound like an old man to a kid, even him doing the woman’s voice, all of it is top notch!
Thank you to NetGalley, Dreamscape Media and of course,
@samanthachaseromance for the opportunity!!

I received a copy of the audiobook for an honest review from netgalley.
I love the Montgomery's! This book was a lovely reminder of all of them as they gathered for a Christmas to New Year's family reunion Love abounded from the pages even as each couple had something new to deal with this holiday season. I'm amazed at how the author made each voice unique and different from all the others which isn't easy to do when you have over 50 characters.

A Merry Montgomery Christmas is the eleventh book in Samantha Chase’s Montgomery Brothers series. Eldest brother William, his wife Monica, brother Robert and his wife Janice, and brother Joseph’s widow Eliza have put together a two week family reunion to include the week before Christmas through January 2nd. The huge house in Asheville will accommodate the entire three generations of about 55 people in all.
With the arrival of the elder generation’s grown children and their spouses and children, the joys and sorrows, conflicts and solutions, and surprises aplenty are revealed, as is the matchmaking skills of William, through the years that were and those yet to come.
This is an intricately woven story with many characters to keep track of, but enjoyable nonetheless. I did like this story and do recommend it!

A fun catch up with the beloved Montgomery family set to the tune of a holiday get together. I really enjoyed it!

This is a very cute, Christmas story with lots of hallmark movie vibes. I didn’t realize that this was part of a series when I started it, but it’s number 10 in The Montgomery Brothers series. That being said- there is a lot of history between all the characters and tons of people to keep track of. As a standalone, I didn’t love it. If you read some of the other books, I could imagine that it would be super fun to catch up on where everyone ends up and would probably be great. Overall it’s good, clean fun with some family drama, clear narration, and a sweet story.

Audiobook 11 - The Montgomery Brothers

Now this is a treat and an amazing way to start the Christmas season! Catch up with all your favorite Montgomery families as they get together in one place to celebrate the holidays! This is like a movie in your mind, bringing each couple, their kids both grown and see where they are now. And the matchmaking meddling continues into the next generation! I fell in love again with each mini story as the couples matured and faced new problems that can only come with being together for a while. From self confidence to lack of good communication, each family had their own problems to work through and come out stronger than before. New careers, visions of themselves, and letting work overtake your life, all things we can understand and relate to. Thank you Samantha Chase for this peek into their current lives, it's always fun to meet up with those I have fallen in love with and see where they are now! Loved this holiday gift!
Kevin T Collins brings out his voices again to for each of the families, keeping their sound the same as he used in the previous books. He is like coming home and to enjoy his interpretations of the characters once again is truly a treat for the ears. This is a holiday listen you do not want to miss!

A Merry Montgomery Christmas is the 10th book in the Montgomery Brothers series by Samantha Chase, featuring an entertaining holiday reunion that includes all 54 members of the family! It was a fun blend of sweet romance, family chaos, business stress, marriage woes, a meddling grandfather with a penchant for matchmaking, and even a few surprises! Coming from a pretty large family myself, I can definitely relate to how the gathering of the extended family can be fun and stressful at the same time! I have not read the rest of the series, so it was a struggle keeping track of everyone, but I was immediately drawn into the world by the obvious family bond. The banter and dialogue was great, and the emotional and dramatic moments between some of the spouses felt very authentic. I was most intrigued by Lily’s storyline, and I can’t wait to read more about her in the future!! This book is a great way to get into the Christmas spirit! If you love family sagas, you’ll love the Montgomerys!
Going into the audio, I couldn’t imagine a single narrator covering so many unique characters and storylines! But, I must say Kevin T. Collins did an amazing job juggling all the voices, the banter, and the emotion of this phenomenal family! Kudos to him for tackling such a complex challenge! There are a lot of characters in this book!!👏🏻 It was such an enjoyable experience!!
I received an ARC and ALC for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.

This is my first book by Samatha Chase and what a wonderful book it was! I never used to be into Christmas romances but lately, I’ve found myself in the mood for them, so when I saw the blurb to this book, I thought I’d take a chance on it and I’m glad I did!
I’m not going to dive in deep, all I’m going to say is that you can’t have a family that size in one room for Christmas without there being any drama or hiccups and oh boy.. was there drama… and I freaking loved it. I love a story with some good drama in the plot!
If you are looking for something fun, full of love, laughter, drama and romance, grab this book! You won’t be disappointed!
5 STARS!

The Montgomery Brothers #10
A Merry Montgomery Christmas
Samantha Chase
The Montgomery family join together for Christmas and the New Year.
This is the first book I have read in this series. I really must go back and read the previous ones. I couldn’t help but laugh at some of the antics. Apparently, William is well known for his matchmaking skills. He hasn’t lost his touch. Without trying he may have found a mate for his oldest granddaughter. Of course like all families, there are a few problems.
The family has rented a large cabin (with about 15 bedrooms) for a family Christmas. There are over 50 family members gathered from all over the country. They face new challenges: a new job, a new baby, a possible move, accidents, competition, and business deals.
This is a humorous, heartwarming tale all revolving around the Montgomery family.
Thank you to Netgalley for the review copy. My reviews are always my unbiased opinions.

I love Samantha Chase's stories, and the 11th book in the Montgomery family series is no exception!
It was wonderful to see everyone gathered together to celebrate the holidays and catch up on the goings-on in each family unit.
William was up to his usual matchmaking tricks, now that the oldest of his grandchildren is old enough to consider finding a partner.
Some relationships are rocky at the start of the reunion, while others are experiencing new highs. Yet this family, as always, pulled together to remind one another of what's important in life.
The author's emphasis on the importance of family is something I always appreciate and enjoy. So it makes this series extra-special to me.
Thank you to Samantha Chase, Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for an advance review copy.

This was ok. I didn’t like the narration. I couldn’t connect with the characters and I just didn’t care for the plot either. This was fine. Not memorable.

5 Star Review A Merry Montgomery Christmas (The Montgomery Brothers #11) by Samantha Chase
Ebook/Audio
I love any story that is centred around Christmas; it’s a time for family and friends to get together and celebrate life. I enjoy Samantha Chase’s style of writing; her characters are engaging and A Merry Montgomery Christmas kept me entertained from the first to the last chapter.
When the whole Montgomery clan get together for the holidays you know that you are in for story that will have you laughing, swooning and entertained. Of course, it would not be a Montgomery story without the head of the family William Montgomery and his matchmaking. This adds an additional layer to the story. He is determined that all of his family will get their own happily ever after, he is such a wonderful character.
Full of love, family, romance, and drama it was wonderful being back with the Montgomery’s.
Narrator Kevin T Collins did a fabulous job. His performance brought the story to life for me and I found myself captivated by the story. He used multiple voices and his voice was easy to listen too.

I usually love all the books I read or listen to by Samantha Chase but I had a hard time getting into this one until I figured out my problem. She depicted her characters exactly how people act and not everyone is happy 24/7.
Family holidays can take a lot out of us, and a family holiday with 50 members, three generations of a family, and one outsider all.packed into one big inn makes for a very interesting vacation.
