This is the CUTEST book I've ever read in my life! I love boba and having this book is a dream come true! I love the cute art throughout the book, as well as the introduction to where boba originated from. I love that it has a recipe to make your own tapioca balls, how great! I will definitely be purchasing this book once it's available and recommending it to everyone I know!

First up a big thank you to the publisher/Netgalley for allowing me to read this book. Sadly, this book isn't for me. It was cute, I loved the illustrations, but I just had expected a bit more simplicity. Now you really had to make all the syrups, the bobba, the jams, whatever else yourself. I thought we would get some recipes on things, but that other than that it was just using whatever your store has available. I am just not going to make syrups or jams that will expire in a week, I would only use it for the bubble tea, and that seems a bit of a waste.
But again, it was cute, I did like some things, and I am sure that this book will be perfect for someone REALLY dedicated to drinking endless cups of bubble tea, haha.

The recipes in this book as well as the cute illustrations are what really make this book fun and interactive. I enjoy how the recipes are easy to follow and how simple it is to prepare. The steps are broken down into manageable and easy to understand words that even a child (with adult supervision) can help make these fun drinks. What really stood out to me is the fact that the authors made the sweetness of the recipes easy to customize to your sweet tolerance levels. This is a cookbook that has whimsical aspects and adds a dash of cuteness to what would have been a boring cookbook.

This book is super adorable! The kawaii aesthetics make something complex and make it seem easier and less stressful. I loved learning about Boba as well s milk Tea. The book talks you through syrups and other extras needed to make the tea. This is the perfect book for someone who wants to make their own!

I'd recommend this to any fellow bubble tea lover looking to branch out and not pay a billion dollars for their favourite drink!

This bubble tea cookbook is written by "two average Asian American women". The colors and art is so cute. My 14 year old loves bubble tea, so I had her participate in making some of the recipes. The book explained the history if Boba. What you need to make boba. Brewing instructions that were concise and easy to follow. My daughter made a few of the recipes and enjoyed it. Perfect for your Boba Loving Teen!

Kawaii Cafe' Bubble Tea is a treat for anyone who loves bubble tea or just tea in general.

I was happy that the authors included a detailed list of everything I might want to add to my bubble tea and the equipment needed to brew the best quality teas. This makes it so easy to make a list to have everything you'll need and not keep going back for more.

I've tried to create my own bubble tea and the flavors just weren't great, but the recipes included in this cookbook all look amazing. I haven't tried all of them, but I made a few of the milk teas and they were incredible. My daughter is a huge fan of the Baby Bug - strawberry and watermelon refresher.

I appreciated the history of boba, how to make the simple syrups, and well, just everything about this book. I already plan to gift a few copies to my bubble tea loving family members when the book comes out.

This recipe book was so cute! I love that it had unique recipes and that it was both informative and easy to understand.

What really drew me in were the adorable illustrations! They were precious and I enjoyed that the design style, illustrations, and color scheme were consistent throughout the book.

I LOOVEE bubble-tea with my whole heart and soul but lets face it they ain't cheap and even when u make them at home without proper recipe they turn out horrendous and make u doubt your cooking skills. That's why when I picked this book, I didn't have any second thoughts regarding it. The theme of the book seems anime-inspired which is so cute my eyes ended up sweating lol. What's really interesting is they take you through the very basics and includes all these cute and tiny and fun drawings that just keep you looking. The steps written are very clear and do not leave scopes for any kind of mistakes. I easily finished this in 15mins and cant wait to try them at home. Its so perfect that I'd love to own a physical copy once its out to add to my cookbooks..
