The recipes are great, but it was the art and the art style that made this book so adorable. The recipes are the essentials of boba but also weren't too complicated to make.

The art is incredibly cute and the rescues are fun and easy to follow. Everything is simple enough to follow and laid out very well. There’s so many I want to try, I’ve got to get a physical copy for myself once it comes out!

"Kawaii Café Bubble Tea" by Stacey Kwong and Beyah del Mundo was far more detailed than I had expected.

The front cover gives an impression of it being for kids, but it's written by two geeks who know their stuff and love sharing detailed and informative recipes.

The recipes are easy to follow.

I came for the drawings and ended up learning a lot about how to make bubble tea.

This was a really interesting book and I thought it was really cute and adorable and I loved learning about do you not only the history, but also about how to make bubble tea and Boba and I thought it was very fascinating as I haven’t read anything like this before in the past and 100% recommend it’s cute it’s fun. Is it interactive it’s got really cool photos and step-by-step guide how to make different varieties and I would 100% recommend. It was so fun, so easy to read and I just blasted through it

As a boba lover, I really enjoyed this book and discovered new ideas I can't wait to try. I like how they also talk about their journey with MILK+T and it made me feel like I was discovering more and more of the story with each recipe.
They really give you all the information you need to be able to make boba from scratch (making the tea, boiling store bought or making your own tapioca pearls, making jams and syrups and toppings) with many colorful and fun recipes with super cute drawings of each one . I was afraid they will suggest using powders as I've seen some boba shops doing so, and I am so glad they proved me wrong!
Each recipe has 3 options for the sweetness level which is a great bonus. The recipe for tea and slushie are wrote as one, just pointing the different steps for each, which may be a bit confusing for some people, but apart from that they are easy to follow.
Another bonus for me was using both metric and imperial measurements
In conclusion, if you want to make your own boba at home, even if you don't have any kind of experience, this book is simply great.

What a fun book?! I do not know a lot about boboa tea, so I was excited for the introduction to and basic info about the different supplies needed. The illustrations for each tea are adorable. I enjoyed how colorful the book was. The text was easy to follow. I am looking forward to making some of the recipes. I think this book would make a great gift!
