This was an interesting look at conversations and the ways communication can be improved. I found a lot of useful information, and it is written very accessibly in brief, easy-to-digest chapters with explanations, tips, and sample conversations to help you learn to use more deliberate language to get your meaning across and avoid arguments and defensiveness. 4 stars.
