All industries are going through a massive transformation. The emergence of AI is set to further revolutionize how businesses and consumers interact. This book discusses what is to come in the retail industry with behavioural science / neuro-forecasting, AI and other practices in the entire value chain. This covers targeted marketing, personalization, self-service, pricing and other areas which are all changing.
While the material was good and quite comprehensive, I found the content to be dense and not easily readable in many sections.
