Ten Times Calmer is a helpful resource to find more calm moments in your life. I appreciate the author's approach and it doesn't get too bogged down in science.

A book about how to manage anxiety. I liked a lot of the exercises in here and liked that it was interactive, where it had people write in the book (or if it is a digital version, encouraged them to write on a phone app). I do think parts were a bit word dense in between these activities.
