This looks like a very promising graphic novel. The illustrations are beautiful and the story looks engaging. However, the watermark on each page made it very difficult to read. I am not sure why it was needed on every page, it really made it frustrating to look at. I do very much appreciate the chance to read this ARC and I hope to have more success with the next graphic novel that I am able to review. Thank you so much!

Cute webcomic, I’m glad to see more and more of these getting picked up to be traditionally published. The artwork and character design are nice and I’d be interested in reading the next volumes.

The story itself seems to have a lot of potential but for the first book it was a bit slow and kinda underwhelming… But hopefully the next part will get more into the main characters’ backgrounds and delve more into the things that happened in volume one, where this book covered more world building.

Morgana and Oz is a fun adventure that explores the tensions between witches and vampires and what it means to rise above our own expectations. Morgana was a charming main character to read from, always a little chaotic but true to herself. Oz was a great counterpart, always a little grumpy at the world, and became a favorite or mine as soon as his transformation (if you know you know) took place. While this first volume sets the stage, I'm excited to see where we go next.

I love a good graphic novel. Especially one with witches or vampires and this has both.

Though I enjoyed the story line. There were parts of it where the writing was jagged and it didn’t have really have a nice timed flow to it as other similar style reads do. However I devoured it quickly once it smoothed out. The illustrations were beautiful and I cant wait to find out what happens next. Lots of cliff hangers but they were placed perfectly making you eager to continue but not destroyed.

This graphic novel was ok it wasn’t pulling me in but I’m happy I read it. I also wish I could have had it on my kindle but I’m still happy I got to read it.

This was a fun, quick paced webtoon with cute art. I loved the whole vampire meets witch possible romance that is going on. The warring factions and the two MCs needing to leave and now trust each other to find a cure for Oz turning into a cat was some good motivation. I get the Romeo and Juliet vibes. I'm intrigued, especially with that cliff hanger. I'll want to pick up the next volume for sure.

I loved this! I first read it as a Webtoon and was excited to see this on NetGalley. I love Morgana and how, despite struggling with her magic, she still tries hard to practice. I love Oz and his broodiness, but also his kindness. I love the Romeo and Juliet aspect of it, the vampires vs. witches. I thought the story was interesting, especially Oz getting turned into a cat, which had me laughing. And you can tell there is more to the whole vampires vs witches than what we got and I can’t wait to find out more! The last bit of it had me on the edge and I can’t wait for more since it was only the first bit of the comic. And that crazy cliffhanger! Wow! So fun to read and such great art too!

A manga based on a Witch and a vampire turned cat.

This is a cute first volume. I'm a huge fan of cats so I knew I'd like it! The art is very pretty and the story telling is pretty good. I did se a few errors with the words.

I will say there was a lot of information being thrown from the get go which was a but jarring. But I'm pretty good at running with the punches so it only took me till after the dinner scene to immerse myself in the world.

I look forward to reading any future volumes!

I received this manga through netgallery and these are my honest thoughts.

I do love a good Webtoon turned book, so when I saw Morgana and Oz by Miyuli, I had to snag it up.

Volume one begins with the bumbling but cute Morgana and her family of witches hosting a dinner for some Vampires (Oz included) and we learn about the long standing feud between the two groups. Something goes wrong and the hopeful peace treaty goes awry leaving Oz as a cat, unbeknownst to his clan. Morganas grandpa also goes missing. Can these two groups ever get along? Where did grandpa go? Can Morgana get a hold on her magic and turn Oz back? This volume has me on a cliffhanger and now I gotta go read the next parts, but I am digging it so hard!

I love a grump male lead, and Oz fits the bill. I like how Morgana is an outcast and bumbling, but she always tries to stay positive. All the characters that I have met so far are good.The story is great and the illustrations are super nice. Add this to your TBR list cause its a quick read and great!

I have always loved reading WEBTOON comics, so when I saw this one available for review, I instantly clicked on it. I was so excited to see what was in store for me! I instantly fell in love with Morgana as the clumsy older sibling. She wants to do well, wants to succeed, but is ultimately unsuccessful in her magic attempts. Oz, on the other hand, seems like a very capable vampire.

However, everything goes awry.

I loved the development of their forced relationship as they try to navigate each step.

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys cozy magic stories!

Relatable yet grounded characters, cool magic words, vamps and cats and witches, oh my! I'll eager await the next volumes. Beautiful illustrations that feel like animation.

This is great. I loved every minute of reading. I love that there are Witches and Vampires in the same universe. I love that Morgana And Oz are teaching each other things outside of their way of thinking. I can't wait for this and the rest of the volumes to come out so I can read them.

I loved this! Reminiscent of Studio Ghibli, this romeo and juliet-esque story draws you right in! I loved the chemistry between Morgana and Oz!

This was one of the first graphic novels I have read as an adult and it was really enjoyable! The artwork is bright, colorful and fun! The story is fast-paced and found myself finishing quiet quickly wanting to keep going. It's cute, sweet and had me laughing at some parts. It seems very innocent and wholesome. The story follows a clumsy, cute and quirky witch, Morgana, and a grumpy vampire turned cat, Oz. This magical story is a Romeo and Juliet retelling, but with a twist based on a long standing animosity between witches and vampires. I adored Morgana and the way she is just trying her best! She has a sweet relationship with her brother, and I loved the dynamic between her and Oz when she accidentally turned him in to a cat. I can't wait to see more of their romance as the series continues. I was not expecting that cliffhanger at the end! I recommend this is if you like romance, graphic novels and fantasy/magical elements :)

This was really cute! I was not expecting what would happen to oz but I can already see the friendship forming. I also have my suspicions on who is behind everything so I am definitely intrigued and excited about part 2!

This was super cute! I loved the art style and the story is essentially enemies to lovers. A long standing rivalry between the witches and vampires leaves Morgana and Oz on opposing sides. All hell breaks loose in the first chapter with a meeting between the two and an ill chanted spell.

I’m excited this will be printed in a physical book, the art and plot deserve to be outside the app platform. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the rest of the series!

Disclaimer: the huge WEBTOON watermark in the middle of each page really threw off my vibe. It also took away from the art. So luckily I have the webtoon app and read it in there. This first volume includes chapters 1-19.

What happens when a struggling witch meets an angsty vampire? Either love or war.

Absolutely adorable! I seriously couldn't get enough of this book. This is like a cuter (hopefully happier) supernatural version of Romeo and Juliet except there are talking cats!
I was drawn in by the cover art and the art is just beautiful throughout, there are so many cute details, especially the way the emotions are shown. I just felt so happy whilst reading this and that will be the biggest selling factor when recommending this to other people. I was smiling so much. The characters are immediately loveable, especially Morgana, she's a mess and who can't relate to that? The budding friendship between Morgana and Oz was really fun to see, how they learn about each other and that they might have been wrong about their assumptions. This was well balanced with the more intense background plot to do with the warring clans and a mystery is unfolding, I am so excited to see how this will turn out and I will be reading the next book as soon as I can.
