I liked the character development. There was just a little too much cool down between the second and the third twist.
Overall it was a good plot and I enjoyed the book, but it felt a little drawn out to where I lost some interest between the second and third twist.
Especially with this being the authors first book, they did a good job writing it. I wouldn’t have thought it was their first.
