The masterfully presented work from a witness of the unfortunate( depending on which world-order view one belongs to) is a perfect mix of interviews, open-source information, and a very deep analysis of the geopolitical situation of the moment, interests, and mechanisms of power and influence of different countries involved. It has an eery academic feel to it, which is not overwhelming at any point.
This book should be under the radar of any reader interested in history, geography, geopolitics, military history and diplomacy.
