Oh my gosh, this was super cute. It's not technical or complicated, but it's the story of a smaller plant eating dinosaur meeting a bigger dino that looks at him like lunch. I was giggling at the outrageousness of the story, I would highly recommend as a book to read to little ones in a group.
Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this.

I received an electronic ARC from Quarto Publishing Group – Frances Lincoln Children's Books through NetGalley.
Taylor shows readers what life was like when dinosaurs lived on earth. Readers see three dinosaurs - Smallasaurus, Badasaurus, Worseasaurus. The food chain is clearly explained but not graphically shared. A good introductory book to life at that time for younger readers. Survival skills are acknowledged with humor mixed in.

A cute picture book about what happens when a small plant eating dinosaur meets a bigger meat eater. The illustrations are cute and colorful but not based on specific dinosaur species. I’d also have a hard time reading the name “badasaurus” to kiddos with a straight face. The other characters are smallasaurus and worseasaurus. I can see younger readers and dinosaur fans laughing along with the story.

My daughter read this book at bedtime tonight and really enjoyed it.

She was giggling about the different things that happened to the dinosaurs and really liked that the same sentence was used a few times so she could guess what was coming.

It was well laid out, the text was nice and clear and the illustrations were cute and funny.

It is 4 stars from us for this one - highly recommended!

This book was so adorable, I loved everything about it, the illustrations were so well done, they suited the book perfectly, the story was amazing as well. I’m sure the kids are going to be just as enthralled with this amazing book as I was. I will definitely recommend! Thank you netgalley and the publisher for this early copy

The art is cute, and I get what the author was going for, but as a former "dinosaur kid" I wish that the book depicted actual species of dinosaurs rather than fake ones like "smallasaurus" and "badasaurus". I also didn't appreciate, in a book about the food chain, predators being depicted as "bad."

This simple picture book is sure to delight young dinosaur fans. The colorful illustrations are eye catching as the small dinosaur turns out to have a surprisingly good day. The same cannot be said for the big, bigger and biggest dinosaurs though. Fun!

A fun story for readers of all ages. It's an easy story to enjoy, even if you have a brain the size of a walnut.
