A sweet romance. It's on the short side so you can finish in a day. I loved reading a romance with a heroine who's a veterinarian something we don't see often in books.
The cover makes this look like a holiday book but it was wonderful! A great couple creating a family that is perfectly imperfect.
When veterinarian Tess Gardner arrives in Laramie, Texas, she finds her inherited house uninhabitable. Widower Noah Lockhart offers her a place to stay while her home is renovated, along with the opportunity to care for his pregnant pet miniature donkey. As Tess becomes part of Noah's family life with his three daughters, she finds herself falling for him despite his vow to never love again. However, past traumas resurface, causing both Noah and Tess to reconsider their feelings and the future they envisioned together at the Welcome Ranch.
Sweet story about how a single dad of three opens his home to the new veterinarian in town. Quick read.
Thanks Net Galley and Harlequin for the temporary copy to review.
A Temporary Texas Arrangement is a very well written romance. I loved the plot, characters and the setting . I definitely recommend this book. My thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for my advance ebook. This is my unbiased review.
I read books by this author years ago. I have always liked her books. Realistic fiction and quick reads. This story moved quickly with likable characters. A widower with children and a new veterinarian in town. I liked this book. I like this talented author. I can’t say it enough. Thacker grabs my attention from the first page. Thanks Netgalley.
