Once you get over the above and realise this is designed to be a legit journal that you write and draw in (literally, with a pen/stylus) and not a form you type in.. this is a world of fun!

The Netgalley Reading Journal is great. It is literally all the reading journal one will ever need and bundled up in a neat digital package. As a reader of predominantly ebooks or audiobooks from my PC, I love that I can write all my reviews as I read or listen along. I also appreciate how the authors went to the trouble of providing a guide that enables the book to be edited for free using specific apps.

With space to capture favourite books, best covers, monthly reading progress, book reviews, and so much more, this book is a treasure trove for anyone that happens upon it. I also love that it is designed in such a way that it can be used anew every year by creating a new file. It's easy to duplicate pages if you read and write more than expected, and so the initial 104 pages is a great starting size without seeming daunting. Having looked at the Bingo Board and some of the other reading challenges, I'm eager for January to come around so I can get my reading year started. I can't wait to start adding in all the visuals and stickers. The book has just added a new fun element to reading.

This reading journal is beautifully designed and provides ample space to record all of my bookish thoughts and reflections. It has space for tracking my reading progress, setting reading goals, and noting down quotes, characters, and plot points that resonated with me. The journal also includes book log pages that allow me to keep an organized record of all the books I read in 2024, something that I have always struggled with in the past.

This is so cute and I am grateful for this and for NetGalley in general. This will definitely help me track and dissect my reading for the coming year.

I especially love that there are both spaces for my own personal goals as well as prompts/suggested challenges to use. Thank you, Netgalley! This is a great reading journal. I've enjoyed flipping through the pdf version. I have not yet been able to download it into a usable format, but will continue to play with it and hopefully find a way to use it before the new year begins. I love the features it offers and I think it will be a fun way to track my year if I can manage it. Otherwise, I may just print the monthly summary pages just for fun.
