I wasn't sure if I was going to like this book when I started it. I didn't realize it was a second book in a series, but the author did a good job of bringing the necessary parts of book 1 into book 2 to keep me informed. I also didn't realize the FMC was neurodivergent until I read some reviews. Once I read the book with thar lens, I never related to a character SO much. It was...great. The story was good, but I just love Liliana and her thoughts so much.

This book was so good if was the perfect follow-up book for the first one. I loved every word of it. It was fast paced and I read it quickly. Great 5 star read!!
