Love Me Like You Do: The Complete Five Senses Series
The Five Senses #1-5
A marriage starts out with romance, sparks and a bit of sizzle but as the years go by the flame begins to dwindle. Paul realizes he is losing his wife. He had once been a affectionate and loving husband but over the years he has transferred his focus to his career. Faced with losing his wife who he truly loves he knows he must come up with a plan to show her how much he loves her. She has always been a fan of romance novels and he intends to use that to make her fall in love with him again.
This tale is hot and steamy. There is a lot of sex…nothing wrong with that. It is sure to get the juices flowing. This is true erotica and a lot BDSM. Fantastic read.

The MMC in the story is Paul, who is a middle aged attorney and the FMC is Laken, who is an unhappy wife seeking the help of a divorce attorney to end their marriage. Paul gets wind of what she is planning and is set on stopping it. Paul sets out to win his wife back using the five senses and a whole lot of spice. The story is more smut than plot and I'm totally here for it. I definitely enjoyed the book and would recommend it to others.

Laken and Paul’s marriage is heading for divorce. Paul being the loving husband that he is will do everything in his power to not lose the love of his life. He decides to spice up their life by introducing the five senses to try and save their marriage.

Even though the books were based mostly on smut and very little plot I actually enjoyed it. It’s cool to see how all five senses can contribute to sexual activities.

Tropes: second chance love, marriage, food play, voyeurism, erotica, BDSM

This was hard core smut. Countless spicy scenes, and the scenes were indeed spicy, but they became a little repetitive as the story progressed. The storyline was a little weak- I find it hard to believe that two grown adults, who apparently care deeply about each other, couldn’t have one difficult conversation which could have prevented Laken visiting a rival divorce lawyer. I also struggled with the notion that a shit-ton of spice would solve a marriage with underlying issues, particularly when spice making for women is largely a mental game and underlying stressors can derail even the spiciest of plans. That being said, it was a good, light read and I gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Love Me Like You Do by Minx Noir is such a addictive book to read. This book is about a marriage couple who trying to right their marriage.

This book have a high sexual tension, BDSM, plenty of explicit spicy scenes, marriage problem, angst, heart breaking moments and tears. This book really hooked me up. Every spicy scenes are detailed, well written and long. I love everything about the BDSM scenes in this book. There's a lot of kinks such as food play, voyeurism, exhibitionism, bondage and more. And I love how the characters solve their marriage problem with all they can.

I'll definitely be waiting for more books from Minx Noir and I'm really need to read next book.

“Love Me Like You Do” by Minx Noir is a book about repairing a broken marriage. When Paul is told his wife is filing for divorce, he is determined to make her fall in love with him again. Laken is lonely now her children are out of the house, and she just dreams of the life and love she once had. Paul’s plan to woe his wife is to use all five senses to reignite the sparks of their love.

The book has second chance tropes, marriage, erotica, etc. The book was good, just a little repetitive sometimes. I did like both Laken and Paul’s characters; they are both compassionate and adventurous people. I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars.

This was a nice read. When i started this i really thought this was going to be a second chance romance but it gave so much more.

i've been impatiently waiting this series of novellas to be complete before i finally read them because i was too curious about the concept of sexually exploring the five senses to pick this up and experience them separately. and what an immersive experience this was. how engaging; all my senses were awakened, as if i was in the pages. i am in love with marriage in crisis, it would seem. this trope, the smut, the angst, perfection. i can't wait for the next collection of novellas.

Laken has become disillusioned by her marriage to Paul. Working as a divorce attorney he is spending more and more time in the office and their marriage and relationship has taken its toll. Laken deicide's its time to move on and goes to a rival attorney to start the ball rolling for a divorce..
Breaking rules, her attorney tips off Paul. He realises that Laken is the only woman for him. To save his marriage he must show his wife what they mean to each other and awaken the sexual side of them.
This is book is steamy. But it also has a storyline. I certainly enjoyed it and got a little hot under the collar.
Many thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to see an ARC

This book is very well written and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it, I couldn't get enough of the story. The intimate and intense scenes throughout the book will have you on the edge of your seat. Our main characters, Laken and Paul Hayward, share what we all dream of, a personal and intimate connection and understanding of each other. When one takes it for granted, they don't even wait to begin to address the issue and change their relationship for the better. I loved how closely they listened to each other. Seeing them fall back in love with each other will make you cry, smile, and then giggle. 4.5 out of 5 stars. 5 out of 5 spice.

Laken and Paul are a mid 40s couple of the brink of divorce. Laken is a bored housewife and Paul is a partner at a law firm specializing in divorce cases. Paul’s worst enemy lets him know that his wife has contacted him about filing for divorce and Paul is given a chance to redeem himself.

This book is only smut. There is some story, but it’s 98% sex. There’s all sorts of different situations and kinks represented but honestly it just got boring towards the end. It was just a bit too long, the main characters seemed a bit immature for their ages.

When an attorney at a rival firm alerts Paul that his wife has been searching for a divorce lawyer behind his back, his whole world shatters. But, truth be told, the signs were there; he’d just ignored them. With both of their daughters now in college out of state, Laken is restless and lonely. And Paul–who’d once been a doting husband–is truly married to his career.
But when faced with losing the love of his life, Paul concocts a plan. Combining the five senses with Laken’s love of romance novels, he sets out to make her fall for him all over again, reigniting a spark that sets their hearts–and bed sheets–afire.

Well, I suppose that’s one way to save a stagnant marriage. This is not for the prudish or faint-hearted. It’s a good old erotic romp. Well written and paced, and quite a good read. There is a lot of description of senses, feelings, and downright lust. If it’s your reading thing then it’s pretty good. It was a bit too descriptive for my taste hence only three stars.

Well, this hit a little close to home for me. The blurb drew me in. A man trying to save his marriage that’s on the brink of divorce? I was all in. I wish it was a bit more realistic though. I wish saving a marriage was as easy as lots and lots of bedroom time. It kind of made me sad that that was the solution. But maybe that’s my own hang up. The book was hotter than hot, though it was quite redundant.

I received an advance review copy of this book and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Holy Hotness! This is erotica done right! It's spicy, spicy, spicy with no cheating and all happily consensual fun! A married couple in their 40's finds that they have grown apart and in a desperate attempt to bring the marriage back inline, the husband sets out to woo his wife using the 5 senses and all the bedroom aerobics that he can think of. Although, to be fair, most of the aerobics take place everywhere but in bed! The story is well plotted out, the characters are believable and relatable, but the spice is where the true entertainment of the story is at! This was my first book by this author, but I must say that based on this book that it absolutely won't be my last. I've never given a pure erotica story a 5 star rating before as they are often entertaining, but lacking in any substance. I have to say that this book earned all 5 stars and then some, but if you aren't into graphic bedroom aerobics with super high heat levels then you need to find another book!
