A new author for me and I have to say I really enjoyed it. A fast paced storyline that gripped me from the first page with twists and turns, I couldn't read it fast enough. I will definitely look at reading more by this author. I highly recommend.

Her Silent Bones is the first book in the new Detective Delaney Pace series by Pamela Fagan Hutchins. This was the first book I’ve read by the author and I know it won’t be the last!

This book was so good that I could not put it down! Set in small-town Wyoming, this book was a fast read and kept me on the edge of my seat! I thought the story was fabulous, filled with unexpected twists and turns. The characters were great and I loved getting to know them. I look forward to reading the future books in the series! I need more!!!

My husband and I visited Wyoming earlier this year and it was so neat getting to visit again through this book. Actually seeing how remote Wyoming is made the locations in this book more real and gave me a better perspective on how difficult reaching some of these locations could be.

WOW! This is the first book I have ever read by this author. I went into this book with zero expectations as it works best that way for me with a new author. I was NOT disappointed. The story wasn't like any of the others I've read. There was enough twists that I didn't guess who was pulling the strings till close to the end! I liked how there was some back story on Delaney. Her niece is a little spitfire! Some of the terminology was different for me but was easy to follow. I loved the tie in with the postal references for someone calling themselves a delivery man. I wish there had been a little more back story on Leo. You can tell he isn't there on his own free will but there wasn't any details on who put him there or why exactly. I hope that is explained more as the series goes on. There were a few grammatical errors but I think those will be fixed before release day. I look forward to books 2 & 3! Thank you for this ARC!

A quick but explosive read. Gripping from page 1 right up until the ending. One to recommend. 5* from me. My thanks to the publisher & NetGalley for the advance reader copy.

This is my first book by this author and not my last. I really enjoyed this audiobook. Great characters and non stop twists and turns. I loved the end…what a twist. I can’t wait to read more.

Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC for an honest review. I will say Crime Thrillers are not my go to read. I did like this one and it kept me on the edge of my seat. It had twists and turns that I wasn't expecting, characters who turned completely different than I thought! I know it is a series but I hated the ending, but that is a personal opinion, not a reflection on the writing in the book. Read the book, I don't think you will be disappointed at all!

This was my first book by this author and I really liked it. Detective Delaney has lots of issues which started to get explored and it worked well. I really liked the ending leaving scope for the next one.

The first time I have read this Author but I enjoyed the style of writing. A solid four star read. Great premise. Good characters. Page turner. Plenty of suspense to keep me guessing Would definitely read the next novel. Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the chance to review it.

I've read books 1, 2 and 3 in this series, and even if it's possible to read them as stand-alones, it's definitely better to read them in sequence. As usual with this author, the books are well written and easy to read. The setting and the characters are fantastic, as always, but the most important is the numerous points of suspense through all of these three books. Add a little humor, and you have excellent entertainment.

Fast paced and highly addictive! I was quicky hooked on this series and this new to me author. While bits of the beginning seemed a little overly enunciated to the point of being almost too descriptive, once I got my feet under me with getting to know Delaney Pace and her back story along with the current crimes happening in front of her, the writing style relaxed a bit and I was fully on board with the pace. The core characters are well developed and very easy to relate to, and the danger and intrigue is spot on. I fully enjoyed my first dip into Delaney’s life and look forward to continuing the saga!

This was a new author for me. I am so glad I picked this one up. It was fast paced and suspenseful! The town and the character introductions was done perfectly. The storyline was amazing. Jaw dropping and heart stopping moments throughout. This one was a real rollercoaster of a read and I could not put it down. As soon as I was about 3/4 through this book I was frantically checking for the next instalments availability.
5 huge stars!

An excellent addition to the police procedural genre.
I rather liked Delaney. She's certainly tough and gets the job done.
As did the author. I'll be honest, it's not something we haven't read before but it is still right up there with the best of them and I am excited for the next in the series.
Very nice, subtle twist towards the end that I certainly didn't see coming either.

It was a quick read and I loved how it grabbed me right in chapter one! I look forward to reading more by this author.

Wow! I could NOT finish this book fast enough. The suspense, case details - I could have devoured this book in one sitting if life allowed. I loved Delaney, her niece, fellow coworkers - and the sexual tension.
Forced to return home, Delaney takes guardianship of her 11 yo niece after the tragic death of her parents in a car crash. Rejoining the sheriff's office. Delaney is on the case of a tortured and murdered woman - identified as her sister-in-law. So who died in the crash?
The plot was fantastic - creative and fast.

A Intense Thriller, and a great read with many, many twist and turns. First, this takes place in Kearney Wyoming, which I loved. For Detective Delaney Pace, life never seems to get easier for her. The memories of her father being murder and now the devastating loss of her brother and sister in law. Having left with failing financial troubles from her family, she leaves her ice trucking job and goes back
to being, as a Deputy Private Investigator.
everything.  What starts as a night drive to take her mind of things, quickly turns into much more.
     I can’t wait for book 2 in this series. It was unpredictable and a turn page read for me!!!

This is the first in a new series and I finished it at record speed ( for me anyway). I thought I'd give it a try and I'm really glad I did. The characters were well written and, even though it's only the first book, towards the end I had a few tears in my eyes. I also didn't see the ending coming! A book I'd happily recommend!
