This book includes all of the advice that RunDisney fans and enthusiasts will ever need! I have participated in RunDisney events for 16 years and I still found helpful tips and guidance in this book. I plan to purchase a physical copy of the book for myself when it hits shelves in March. In 2024 I plan on running the Princess 1/2 Marathon and beginning a year of RunDisney races, starting with the Wine & Dine events in the fall. I will certainly use information from this book when planning for the races. Thank you for this ARC!
