Julie Rogers is a great narrator and really brought this book to life! I love Sophie Sullivan and this was a great addition to all her books. Opposites attract is perfect for these two characters and I loved how the story unfolded.

I fairly enjoyed this, but it has one of my biggest book peeves (we’ve known each a week but we’re in love). I enjoyed the audiobook narrator and the setting was cute.

I thought this was such a cute book! I am a big fan of Sophie Sullivan, and I always get so excited when I see she has a new book out. I felt like this was such an easy going and simple romance book. I didn’t feel like anything crazy really happened in this book, but I enjoyed it regardless.
I loved the premise and the setting in this book. It took place in what sounded like the cutest little on the beach. It involved hiking, fishing, and all things outdoors. It sounded like the perfect place to go for a summer vacation. The third person POV did throw me off a few times during the book, but overall, it was still enjoyable. If you’re a fan of closed door romance and an outdoor setting, I recommend checking this book out!
Thank you Netgalley for the eARC in exchange for an honest review.

Thank you Net Galley for letting me read more books!
First off let me say, that I desperately wanted to love this book. Opposite's attract, city girl and outdoorsy man meet and fall in love! But, honestly, I did not love this book as I had hoped.
The romance was INSTA-love, and I mean INSTA. After the first meeting, they are obsessed with each other. They spend 10 days total together and that is enough for Presley, our FMC, to leave her life in the "big city" and move in with Beckett to his small town apartment, because he is her forever, even though Presley hates all the outdoorsy things she tries, hiking, biking, fishing, while these are Beckett's whole life. These two are heading for divorce for sure. I found the story was repetitive, the plot was slow and often, missing, and the book overall was way too long. There wasn't even any spice (but that is ok, because there also wasn't much chemistry)! Wasn't for me, sorry to say.

I could see others enjoying this book, but it just wasn’t for me.
It had some cute elements - found family, a sweet community.

If this hadn’t been an arc it would have been a DNF for me, but I try to push through arcs.
I couldn’t connect with Presley or Beckett at all. I also struggled with the dual 3rd person POV - I was often mixed up as to whose point of view we were in.
I did like the community, the other guests, and Beckett’s family.
I tandem read this audio & ebook, and found the narrator had Presley’s character irritate me more.

3.5 stars rounded up
It's a cute Hallmark style romance with a great cast of characters. I will say that the set up of Presley's character isn't done well. The girl at the start of the book completely disappears by the second chapter. She's way too quickly, easily confident for how much nonsense she put up with from her ex.

2.5/5
This is probably a case of "this is not you, it's me", or rather the combination of the two - I find it really rare for romcoms to hit all of my marks (and, indeed, seem to prefer things that lean more literary, but that never stops me from hoping), so I don't fault the book in any objective way. The pacing of this felt very quick for me, as did the progression of the romance, and I never felt like I really had the time to settle into the story or setting as it were.
However, the flip side of that was that this was a quick, lighthearted story that was perfect to pop on in the background as I got about working.

Thank you @smpromance and @macmillan.audio for my gifted copy!
“No matter how much you plan, things happen. You roll with it, you adjust, and sometimes the thing that knocked you down is the thing that wakes you up. What you think might be the worst moment in your life can show you exactly what you were missing.”
Love, Naturally was such a fun closed door romance. It was such a sweet read, that I couldn’t help but cheer for Presley & Beckett. Presley is an influencer who goes to take her BF on a surprise trip, and ends up with a breakup. Determined to see the trip through, she goes to small town Smile, and ends up falling for Beckett, part of the family that owns the lodging. He’s a simple, laid back “sexy mountain man” and she’s a city girl. Can they make it work?
Audio was great! There is a single reader, Julie Rogers, and I really enjoyed the pacing and tone. It was one where the audio definitely took over and I found myself wanting to listen instead of read.
The third act breakup was annoying. Y’all know that makes or breaks a book for me, and it definitely lost a star. The redemption was so cute, but the breakup was not fun for me.
If you love the following, you’ll adore Love, Naturally:
🚲 Opposites Attract
🚲 Instalove
🚲 Rustic Getaway
🚲 Small Town w/adorable townspeople
🚲 Social Media Influencer FMC
Also, every side character needs a book ASAP please and thank you! Out January 16th!
QOTD: What’s for dinner?

Unfortunately this book wasn't for me. I found the pacing to be very slow. The characters were cute but not that interesting. I was waiting for something to happen but it didn't.

I really liked the premise and setting of this romance. Unfortunately I had a really hard time connecting to the characters and it felt very insta-love. I really didn't feel that connection between the two MC's, so it was difficult for me to really root for them. It definitely had promise, but unfortunately just fell flat for me. I'd be interested in reading from this author in the future, though.

Presley is about to surprise her boyfriend with a birthday trip when he freaks out about having to spend so much time with her. She breaks up with him and steps out of her comfort zone and decides to still go on the trip alone. On her way to her destination, she finds charming and helpful Beckett, who eases her discomfort and tries to show her that a good time can be had outdoors.
This book read as a young adult book even with the main character being well out of college and working hard at her established career. It differently had its cute moments, especially with the variety of characters the book has, and Beckett’s niece, Ollie. One of my biggest issues with the book was the male characters names. Pressley’s ex is Emmitt, and her current love interest is Beckett. It was hard for me not to confuse those two names as the ends sound similar. Get Lost Lodge does sound like a fun summertime adventure for those of us who enjoy the outdoors!
Julie Rogers is a new narrator for me and she was pleasant to listen to. Would enjoy having her in my ears again!
Thanks to the author, NetGalley, and MacMillan Audio for the opportunity to listen! Opinions are my own. This book releases on January 16.
THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU IF: You're looking for a light read with fun characters and in a cute setting.

Cute premise but the execution was overly cutesy and incredibly slow. Presley is supposed to be self-sufficient and independent but she throws herself at Beckett and acts like the distressed maiden every chance she gets; it’s annoying. Add in the insta-love right after the breakup from the guy she wanted to marry and this missed the mark for me. I did enjoy the setting and the secondary characters were fun.

Insta-love? Check.
Opposites attract? Check.
Found family? Check.
Quirky small town? Check.
This book gave me all the fluffy feels of a Hallmark movie. Which is totally fine, because sometimes you just need to swoon over cute banter, a low stress plot, and happily ever after.
The plot follows Presley, a city-girl who thrives on schedules and organization, as she finds herself at a fishing lodge in northern Michigan after breaking up with her boyfriend. It was supposed to be a surprise trip for him, but she ends up going solo since she had already paid for it. Her new plan is to just wallow at the cabin and watch Netflix, but events unfold that push her into the path of Beckett, the handsome brother of the lodge’s owner, and as noted above, it’s an instant connection. Neither of them want to acknowledge it though, of course. But the rest is all cutesy fluff as they both fall hard and the family, the town, and pretty much the entire internet get to witness this blossoming romance. Predictable, but sweet and comforting, and a solid 4 star read for the clean romance genre. The audiobook version was read well, and it was a fairly quick listen. Thank you to NetGalley and Macmillan Audio for the audio ARC in exchange for my honest review!

I’m landing on 3 stars for this one because I know that it will appeal to some romance readers despite the insta-love. If that doesn’t impact your ability to enjoy a story at all, then by all means, give this one a whirl. It’s a cute premise and the characters are likable enough but nothing gives me the icks like insta-love and immediate emotional intimacy by two complete strangers. I mean, physical attraction and having the hits for someone immediately? Yeah, I get that. But having the emotional intimacy that these two characters had just hours after meeting? I’m not here for it. And in my personal opinion, it doesn’t make it any better if both characters are having thoughts like “How can I be feeling so connected to this person after so short of time?” Actually, that made me just shake my head even more.
While this one was not a hit for me, I am still grateful to the author, NetGalley, and Macmillan Audio for a free copy of the audio ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Ok, this book was so refreshing and SWEET with a dreamy lakeside destination setting in upper peninsula Michigan. Imagine being at your lowest, just dumped and having to take a fishing trip at a nature lodge SOLO that you only booked for your jerk ex-boyfriend. And then…. You step off the boat with the assistance of a dreamy lumbersexual man with abs, forearms, and the emotional intelligence of a saint who then offers up his lakeside cabin to you at his family’s resort (when your room has a repair issue), sleeps on your couch, and then makes you waffles the next morning.
Talk about a life 180!! Presley is way out of her comfort zone at the Get Lost lodge, but her unexpected collision with Beckett and his family might be the change of plans they both needed at their early 30’s cross-road in life. This is hands down the opposites attract, fish out of water, dual POV, instant attraction but off-limits romance book you NEED to read this year. There are renovation projects, hiking lessons, viral TikToks, family s’mores, only one bed AND hot tub, and found family vibes for days. This is a setting and cast of characters that fees like home; I wanted to jump into this novel, hang out at the lodge’s infamous family style meals, and try something new.
The only complaint I have was the steam was fade to black, and I would have preferred to rip the screen door right off the frame since the banter and tension was so GOOD! Thank you to St. Martin’s Press and Macmillan audio for my advanced copies in exchange for my review. I listened to the audiobook while reading along with my digital copy and it was an amazing experience.

Thank you NetGalley and St. Martin’s Press for giving me early access! Overall, this was a cute story with a fun premise. I found it to be super slow especially at the beginning, but there were some fun moments. Presley is a little annoying at times with her hang ups on her ex, but I can also empathize with her situation. Not the most mind-blowing, but a decent read.

This is a cute story with found family and opposites attract. I loved the chemistry between Presley and Beckett. It felt really natural, not forced. The family was great. I liked Presley's journey of self discovery after a tough breakup. Great audiobook!
Thanks Netgalley and Macmillan Audio for my ALC of this story.

While not usually an instalove kinda gal, Love, Naturally by Sophie Sullivan was an adorable story that grabbed me from page one and actually made me consider running away to a cute little cabin retreat. If only there could be a man like Beckett there to greet me when I did!
The narration threw me a bit at times due to the narrator's Canadian accent on an American character, but otherwise, it was a super cute story of two opposites finding there way to one another.

Love, Naturally is definitely a sweet and cute story. It's a small town, opposites attract trope, but it didn't deliver. It just wasn't the one for me, the insta love was too unbelievable in my opinion, I couldn't feel their attraction and love.
It is also a very lengthy read, they fall in love in less than 10 days, but you get every day detailed to the second and I just found it dragged. It was honestly hard to get through for me. It is overly cringy and unrealistic. She was in a relationship for almost a year then in 24h she's already in a relationship with someone else, that just didn't work for me.
I can see why a lot of people will love this one, especially with the setting of the lodge which was super fun. It wasn't for me but you might enjoy it !
🎧 The narration by Julie Rogers was good but it didn't resonate with me. I felt something was missing to make it a truly stellar performance and possibly make me enjoy the book more.
✨️Thank you to @netgalley & @macmillanaudio for my free ALC in exchange for an honest review.

This was such a fun and delightful read! I bounced back and forth between the physical and audio version, and I truly loved the writing, and the narrator did a fantastic job.
I’ve become a big fan of Sullivan’s stories, and this one was no exception. I loved watching Presley come into her own and branching out throughout the story, and the whole cast of side characters just made the whole book. Such an idealistic sounding town and lodge, so much so, the descriptions made me want to physically be there and experiencing it all myself.
Thank you NetGalley and St. Martins Press for my ARC, and Macmillan Audio for my ALC, in exchange for my honest feedback. I enjoyed every second!
