Frostbitten by Revecca Zanetti is the sixth book in the Deep Ops series.

Millicent Frost, the quirky inventor of the group, has landed herself in some very hot water. She's the main suspect in a grisly murder she has no recollection of. And now she is forced to accept help from Scott Terentson. Yes, he's a hot shot attorney. And yes, she thinks he's hot. But she's got a deep seated dislike of attorneys and is time for her to realize she needs all the help she can get.
As bullets fly and fires blaze, Millie and Scott are determined to figure out whose trying to kill them and who is actually responsible for the murder. And the attraction between them heats up. Get ready for a twisted ride, and the entire team showing that they have each other's back, no matter what.

After being charged for murder, Millie finds herself on the wrong side of the law and in need of help from the one person she never wanted to have to depend on. Scott, a lawyer who's worked with the Deep Ops team, has tasked himself to prove Millie's innocence after messing up her undercover mission. It's a wild ride of unexpected twists and turns in unravling this murder mystery. Can enemies fall in love? Millie and Scott encounter alot of obstacles that will put any relationship they might develop to the test.

Rebecca Zanetti is an amazing author with deep character development. Her book series are engrossing and I love how characters from the beginning of a series still hold a strong presence in the continuation of the series plots.
Highly recommend reading the Deep Ops Series in book order.

Milli and Scott's book is another great installment in the Deep Ops series. The author keeps the focus on the 2 main characters as they try to solve a convoluted mystery with various twists that may or may not be a single case or multiple unrelated events. it was enjoyable to see the relationship between the 2 build from acquaintances to friends to more as they worked together and learned more about each other. there's plenty of action that is nicely broken up by bits of humor and sweet. members of the deep ops team join in to help and I appreciated how the author folded them into the story without overwhelming it. in all an enjoyable read that kept me guessing as I turned the pages till reaching the satisfying ending.

Fun book! The investigation was intriguing and I was with them all the way trying to figure out who did it. I didn't even come close.

Millie was such a cool heroine. I loved her brilliant mind, her kind nature and the backbone to do what she does.

Scott? Holy moly! Let's just say that man has a mouth on him and it was attractive. I wasn't expecting it since it mostly only made an appearance during sexy times. The way he took charge was hot!

Wolfe is always a treat when he makes an appearance. So is Roscoe. Two of my favorite characters in this series.

Another enjoyable mystery solved by the Deep Ops team.

Millicent (Millie) Frost is the team gadget girl. She has been framed for the murder of her ex-boyfriend. She has lawyer Scott Terentson business card and he is called in for assistance. Millie & Scott do as much investigating as possible before calling in the rest of the team. The mystery was solved and I was shocked at the culprit. There are exploding squirrels, poisonous herbs, forearm porn and an alcoholic dog that farts. Seriously, I need to know what Roscoe the dog is going to do next.

Lots of action, some serious smexy times and an enjoyable resolution to the mystery.

Danger is lurking behind every corner and coming straight for Millie and the people close to her. Will she survive and get her very own happily ever after with Scott? Read Frostbitten to find out.
I absolutely loved reading every second of Millie and Scott’s story, which is the latest in the Deep Ops series by the very talented Rebecca Zanetti. It had me captivated from the very beginning. I absolutely could not put it down. Frostbitten is the perfect blend of romance and suspense. The ending was unbelievable, I definitely did not see that coming. I highly recommend this story to anyone who loves romantic suspense novels.

This is book number 6 in the ‘Deep Ops’ series and while it can be read as a standalone, to truly understand and appreciate the characters you might want to check out the previous books in the series.
We finally get Millie Frost’s story in ‘Frostbitten’. Millie is the computer and gadget girl of the Deep Ops team. Almost like the ‘Q’ character to everyone else’s James Bond characters in the other books. After potentially mucking up a huge case at her job with Homeland Security, Millie heads home to the small town in West Virginia she grew up in to help out her sick great aunt Mae. Within 24 hours of returning home, Millie wakes up covered in blood next to her dead ex boyfriend. Luckily, coming to her rescue is Scott Terentson, former Marine turned lawyer and occasional Deep Ops team member. Together Millie and Scott are dodging hitmen killers, well meaning town folk and a blistering attraction between them. It’s up to them to find the real killer of Millie’s ex and also find out who set her up and why before anybody else gets hurt.
This book was exactly what I needed to get me through the holiday season. A good, solid, fast paced romantic suspense novel. Something I’ve come to expect from a Rebecca Zanetti book. I’m glad that Millie finally got her own book, getting to know the quirky computer geek in more detail was nice. And while I admit I don’t remember Scott from the previous Deep Ops books, I definitely liked learning more about the marine fighter turned fierce lawyer. Catching up with some of the other Deep Ops characters was enjoyable too, especially my favourite character Roscoe. 4 stars from me.

Wow!

Did not see that ending coming! Ms. Zanetti has created a captivating story full of action, drama, heat, humor, twists and a team that is family first (plus a whacky dog and precious cat!). I love this book and this series.

I voluntarily read an advanced copy.

Frostbitten is an addition to the Deep Ops Tram Series. It has been a while since Rebecca Zanetti has added to this series. Not as much of a dark thriller as the Laura Snow series, one of my favorite series by this author. Still this book did have a strong suspense element that shows Ms. Zanetti’s writing leaning in that direction. Yet it is a romantic suspense with more of a lighthearted feel and strong family both biological and work family in it.

With open door bedroom scenes this is for fans who want a romance as much as they do a book of suspense. I found it did have a slow burn build up as the characters tried their best to ignore their feelings. Also Milly and Scott knew each other before this story begins. More of a work relationship than true friends. This is the type of romance I like best, better than the instant lust/love stories. As for the danger and the peril, I narrowed it down to a group of three in the book but was surprised in spite of it being one of the three on my list.

All in all a great story that kept me reading for the guilty party to be caught. Also there was a subplot villain I wanted to see behind bars too but he did seem too slick. I should have known you shouldn’t underestimate the Deep Ops Team.

4.5 Stars
An ARC of the book was provided by the publisher through NetGalley which I voluntarily chose to read and review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Love this group. They stick together. Two side characters from previous book have to find who is trying to frame first and kill them second. The whole gang arrived as the danger and tension ramp up. Even Kat has a role. Great addition to the series

I have enjoyed many books by this author so I was excited to receive and ARC. Unfortunately, this is one book that will not be added to my favorites. I felt it lagged in the middle so I found myself skimming to the end and the reveal of the villain. I did like that Millicent was gifted with gadgets and electronics but it seemed many of her inventions were unnecessary and/or OTT. Maybe if Millie was given more MacGyver-like situations where she had to invent on the fly, I would have enjoyed this more. Scott was a likeable hero however his heir-to-to-a-fortune persona was superfluous. Other than meeting his mother at their Nantucket ranch, there really was no other mention about his wealth. I am intrigued with JT, Millie’s brother so will watch for his story.

Well the latest in this series sees characters away from the office and it was fun reading about Millie the inventor and the people she’s grown up around. Millie doesn’t like lawyers so it’s pretty annoying when not only does Scott compromise her operation but runs to her rescue when she finds herself in a bewildering and very scary situation ! Yes she needs a lawyer but did it have to be him ?
This series is fun to read with hot, Alpha men , intelligent, gutsy females and a dog who seriously needs a therapist ! This time there’s a whodunnit theme which is lightened by numerous folk determined to give Millie an alibi whether she needs one or not ! The romance had a nice pace and I loved that Wolfe showed up and the author tugged on the readers heartstrings with his new vulnerabilities. As I mentioned it’s vital to find out who the murderer is and the author does a fabulous job of muddying the waters to keep readers on their toes.
This voluntary take is of a copy I requested from Netgalley and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair

Another book I couldn’t put down. Gadget lover and creater Millie Frost works with the Deep Ops team and the HDD. A case has her crossing paths with hottie lawyer Scott Terenston and then she ends up needing his legal help. When she heads home to help her Aunt Mae Millie is caught up in legal trouble and needs to find the guilty party. The way the town came together for her was really special but it’s how her team jumped in the minute they learned of her troubles. Each book has a new couple and a suspenseful storyline with the team assisting when necessary. Wolfe is definitely a favorite odd ball with his deep love for Kat, and his pregnant fiancée Dana. You could pick up any book without reading the others and have no problem, each stands alone. Be prepared for excitement, sexy times, gun fire, sassy comebacks and awesome characters. I got to read an early copy through NetGalley but wrote my review voluntarily.

Scott Terentson is an unofficial member of the Deep Ops team. He occasionally works with the team as their legal representation and once got shot while helping on a Deep Ops mission. As a former Marine, he is not a stranger to dangerous missions and getting shot at. So when Millie Frost, a Homeland Security Agent who is also an unofficial member of the Deep Ops team, is accused of murder, Scott naturally steps in as her lawyer. Millie has a blank spot for the entire night of the murder. Scott has felt a strong attraction to her from the time they met and feels strongly protective of Millie when a team of assassins is sent to kill her. I loved this story! There are many twists and turns, including a surprise ending that I did not see coming! It was also nice to see many of the characters from the other books in this series, including Rosco, the lovable, goofy dog. While this is a stand-alone story, it is best to read the previous books, all of which are awesome! I can't wait to see what is next in the Deep Ops World. I'm hoping the next book or one in the near future might feature Millie's troubled brother. Thank you to Rebecca Zanetti, Kensington, and Netgalley for the advanced reading copy in exchange for an honest review. #Frostbitten #NetGalley

Tinker Bell!!

I can’t say enough good things about this series. It’s funny at times with sone serious suspense.

Millie has been set up for a crime she didn’t commit. Scott is bound and determined to clear her name. Along the way they become closer.

The whole crew shows up to help one of their own. Rosco is right in the thick of things with his crazy antics.
This is definitely an installment you don’t want to miss.

10 stars! Yea, non-stop action and intrigue, red herrings at every turn, murder and assassins, it doesn't get any better than the Deep Ops. Fantastic series and cast of characters that doesn't disappoint. Awesome Roscoe came along, our favorite and unique doggo that adds a touch of humor (my favorite character) And enough increasing burn to make everyone happy. Just read it, hope to see more

Frostbitten is a fun, action-packed, steamy, romantic adventure. Millie and Scott’s HEA tale is 100 percent charm. Lots of bullets, explosions, suspicious characters, heat and Deep Op family and friend happiness. I loved every minute.

When Scott runs into Millie while trying to help his client in her divorce it sets off a series of events neither of them were prepared for. Millie hates lawyers but when she is accused of murder she caves and takes Scotts help. Help isn't the only thing brewing between these two. When someone tries to kill Millie the protective side of Scott appears and sparks start to fly. thank you for the ARC Copy

Frost bitten is the latest romantic suspense in Deep Ops series. Capable of being read as a standalone, the novel still contains appearances from other characters in the series and references past stories. Millicent Frost is a Homeland Security agent with a knack for electronic devices and inventions. Her current investigation puts her in the perfect spot to be a witness in a divorce case and lands her in big trouble in the office. Scott Terentson is a big time lawyer who has worked with Millie and the Deep Ops team before and needs Millie testimony in his current divorce case. Now Millie is the number one suspect in the murder of her ex and she needs Scott’s help. Sparks fly as Millie and Scott face down danger and heat up the sheets in this action packed steamy romantic suspense. Spicy and fast paced, Frostbitten is another satisfying addition to the Deep Ops world. My voluntary, unbiased review is based upon a review copy from NetGalley.

I can’t say enough about how much I loved this book! I have read each and every book Rebecca Zanetti has written and I have loved them all. She has a true gift of writing that grabs you in the first chapter and you can’t put it down until you finish the book. You will love reading Millie’s story! We learn more about her and the cute lawyer Scott. I was shocked by the ending and didn’t see it coming at all. I was given an ARC through NetGalley for an honest review.
