Cluelessly Yours is the third book in the It’s a Funny Story series, but it can be read as a standalone.

Sammy was a single mom readjusting to life after divorce. She was living with her sister, Brooke, who tried to set her up with a doctor. But Sammy had also met someone else, and she ended up in a love triangle.

I’m not normally a fan of love triangles, but I enjoyed this one. It had a great storyline, and it was full of funny and emotional moments.

This book has all the elements I enjoyed in the first of the series, a great heroine and strong chemistry.

The issue of pacing in the first book is not an issue in this book. The story flows. This is a great read I highly recommend to all lovers of romance.

I received an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review

I love Max Monroe books! This was just as amazing as all of the others. Relatable and captivating characters, romcom, wit, humor, having your heartstrings pulled, so much more! I knew I was going to love this one when I saw there was a love triangle! Something about being pulled between two men catches me off guard and I'm all in. What the heart wants, and the smarter choice are two totally different things. This book proves that and shows us that the choice isn't always ours to choose.

*Cluelessly Yours* by Max Monroe is a fun, lighthearted romance about Sammy, a single mom raising two boys, and Noah, an anesthesiologist. Sammy is juggling work at a busy restaurant in New York while navigating her chaotic life as a mom. Even though Noah is always there for her, she doesn't realize he has feelings for her and starts dating a customer from the restaurant instead. Things take a turn when her youngest son has an accident, and Noah steps in to help, making Sammy question her feelings.
The chemistry between Sammy and Noah is sweet, and their connection grows naturally despite the challenges Sammy faces with her kids and personal insecurities. Noah, always supportive, stands out as a stable presence in her life. There's also some added drama when Sammy tries to balance her confusing emotions between two men, which adds a little tension to the story.
Overall, *Cluelessly Yours* is an easy, enjoyable read with witty banter and a relatable storyline. The romance unfolds slowly, making you root for Sammy and Noah to get together. It’s perfect for readers looking for a cozy, feel-good book with just the right amount of humor and heart.

As this story opens a man and woman lie in a hospital in comas. As this story progresses the introduction of Sammy and Noah. Sammy and Noah were made for each other but Sammy is really not interested because she is the single mother of two boys. She works at a restaurant in NYC and her oldest son is a hand full. Noah seems to be there for her at every turn. But, she feels Noah is not interested in her romantically so she starts dating a customer of the restaurant. Things change after a mishap happens to her youngest son that Noah is available to help with. Life throws many curve balls in the process of their relationship. This rom com book is well written and fun to read. A 4 ⭐️ rating makes this a highly recommended book by me. I enjoyed reading this and the ending was fun.

I wanted to like this book, but there was just too much crying to get past. I didn’t like how Sam thought about her children, even if they were being little terrors. I also didn’t like Brooke joking “the old cop-coo-catching could use a touch or two” and gathering to her “special place”. Just cringe.
It was hard for me to get attached to the characters. I didn’t realize this book was part of a series when I requested it, so that could be why.

I found this book to be a fun romance with lovable characters. This is a new author for me and I am definitely going to look into other books they have written.

Loved this story. The story line while a slow burner was fantastic. Hope to see more of this wonderful couple in future books.

I didn’t realize that this was third in a series when I requested it, so I have started the series after reading this. It was very fun and lighthearted and silly. I love the coma/amnesia trope so this one did it for me.

Hello, first and foremost i would like to thank NetGalley and the publishers for approving me of this book though i am 7 months late. My apologies. I have read and finished this book months ago when i started it. I honestly do enjoy this book so much i think it is just a very easy and quick read for your weekends. I mean well i was hooked to it so i finished it during weekends. There are some parts that i personally are not keen of but nothing major if i turn a blind eye on it. Overall this was a really good book.

This is another great book from Max Monroe. I love their books. The two main characters are Sammy and Noah. Sammy is a divorced mother of two boys and a manager at a restaurant. Noah is an anesthesiologist. They meet when Sammy moves to New York to start her life after her divorce, at a dinner at Sammy sister’s house. There is an instant attraction. They start dating. Her boys are in to everything. They fall in love.

I had no clue this book was a part of a series when I received it as an ARC. It was such a cute love story and drew me in from the beginning. I couldn’t put it down and read it in one day. Definitely worth the read, now I will have to go back and read the others in the series!

Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for the advance read copy.

Didn’t love this one. Felt super one-note and cliche. Honestly, I almost gave up after the cringey author’s note at the beginning. I don’t mind romance and rom coms but this one was very rushed and the characters seemingly didn’t have any real connection. Also, the (very long) epilogue was pretty much an ending for side characters instead of the main characters? Kind of bizarre.

Thank you Max Monroe for another hilarious read!!! Brooke and Sammy might be my favorite pair of sisters ever and even their down on their luck run, is entertaining as all can be! Cluelessly Yours is a funny, beautifully written read! Once again, absolutely gold from Max Monroe!

** I received this book as an ARC from NetGalley **

I didn't like this book. Some of Max Monroe's other books have been cute but this was a big disappointment. Her dates with Gavin made no sense to me. Why would she keep seeing a man who ignored her wishes to not get into a relationship and started cuddling her in front of others, asking her to take a break from work to sit with his male friends, and who just continued to make inappropriate advances? I also wasn't a fan of how long it took for Sam and Noah to have a conversation about the misunderstandings.

A wonderful new age romance story! The writing was incredible and compelling, with characters that felt familiar and immensely alive!

I was first drawn in by the cover of this book but stayed for the story. This was such a fun, witty romance that had me turning the pages from the beginning! It also helps when the main character is pretty relatable as well. I feel that while this book can be read like a standalone, it will be helpful to read the prior ones before this book!
