Loved! I’m typically a dark romance girl. But i loved this light hearted but real romance. It was very real and well written. Sammy captures your heart and can’t help routing for her.
Sammy is a single mom with two energetic kids who keep her on her toes. When she suddenly finds herself the center of attention of two men, she is torn because she feels there is no room in her busy life for dating. I was hooked when I read the prologue for Cuelessly Yours; starting Sammy's story at that point was genius. The story has so many twists that it leaves you guessing until the end. I absolutely loved this book! While it is a stand-alone, I feel that reading Accidental Attachment, which is about Sammy's sister Brooke first adds to the enjoyment of the story. I can't wait to see what's next. Thank you, Max Monroe and Netgalley, for the advanced reading copy. #cluelesslyyours #NetGalley
This is one of the best prologues I have read. It ended and throughout the book I kept trying to guess who and what. I don’t want to give anything away, so that’s all I’ll say. There are twist that I didn’t see coming. This is an entertaining read that I didn’t want to put down. I definitely recommend it.
After reading Accidental Attachment, I knew I was going to love this one - and love it , I did. Max Monroe are one of my favourite romance writing duo's; I just love their characters and world-building. Cluelessly Yours had everything I've come to love from MM, and this series is really so good.

Let me start by saying I stayed up all night reading. I couldn’t put it down. I tried and picked it up again and saw the sun come up. That’s how good this is.
I don’t do spoilers because you need to enjoy this story for yourself`. However I will say there’s a interesting twist to this book. I loved the book from the first page. Would I call it a meet cute? Well you just have to read it for yourself to see why it captivated me.
Sammy is smart, interesting, self deprecating and has so much going on. The situations she faces daily are enough to get her frustrated with her life. Now she has a dilemma she has to come to terms with. Trust me you will fall in love with most of the characters. The steam is way up and what I appreciated the most was the thoughtfulness behind a certain someone.
After I was done I was sad because I had no more left to read. I’m in a book coma slump. I need more because I don’t want to leave them. It’s a toss up of happy and sad!
5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars! This was such a cute and funny rom com! Sammy is a divorced mother of 2 rambunctious and funny boys. She is interested in Noah, who is a doctor and Gavin who is a businessman and they both have an interest in her, even though Noah doesn’t show it right away. Gavin is trying his best to win her heart but Sammy is taking it slow. She also is attracted to and likes Noah but he doesn’t seem like he sees in her the same way. Eventually, her and Noah start spending more time together and he finally admits that he likes her: Will she choose Gavin or Noah? We also learn about her sister, Brooke and her fiancé and Sammy and Noah’s friends which are equally as funny. This book was soooooo much fun and was hilarious from start to finish. If you want to laugh and are in a reading slump, definitely pick up this book!
Sammy a single mom living in New York City with two rambunctious boys and a metaling sister who just wants her to date the hot Doctor Noah Phillps, but why would he be interested in an overwhelmed single mom? Well it turns out all Noah wants to do is be that support system that Sammy needs. He wants to help and starts to do just that.
This was a cute rom-com fun read. I laughed, there was a little drama with Ashley. Although I think it could have done without multiple epilogues, just make them into another chapter and then the last one be an epilogue.
I liked this book and I am glad I got the opportunity to read this book through NetGalley.
Rom coms are my go-to book genre when I’m having a bad day, week, whatever. When I read the description of this one, it seemed like a classic and cute modern rom com, so I decided to give it a read.
Sammy is a divorced, single mom of two young boys, who recently moved to New York City to start fresh. She just wants a quiet life, and is perfectly fine with never dating again. Yet, she somehow finds herself dating two very different men at once. Each one even more different than she expected: the hot doctor who’s surrounded by beautiful women, or the savvy businessman who frequents the restaurant where Sammy works. As she dips her toes back into the dating waters, Sammy will not only learn about the men around her, but also about herself and her desires as well.
This book was exactly what I was hoping for: a classic rom com rife with hijinks and miscommunication. Typically, miscommunication is the trope I like least in this genre; it just brings unneeded stress and conflict. However, I didn’t mind it in this book. It was well handled and wrapped up quicker than I expected. I enjoyed the characters, particularly Sammy’s sister Brooke. The main romance felt natural and definitely had some spice to it. This book is number 3 in a series I haven’t read, but that didn’t take away from my enjoyment, and I’ll certainly be on the lookout for the others!

Witty, wholesome + laugh out loud funny, with super loveable characters, twists, banter AND drama, this is book three in a mini-series that read as standalone’s but interconnect the same characters.
Sammie was such a likeable + relatable MC and I was rooting for her HEA throughout the book. Her two boys were also the absolute cutest.. I’m loving a single mom/dad trope at the moment🫶🏽
The twist right at the start was perfect, drawing the reader in instantly + making them wonder how on earth the FMC got into such a situation. Elizabeth Louise + Sebastian York narrated this PERFECTLY and created such a fun listening experience. And the three-part (!) epilogue? Chefs kiss 😚🤌🏽
This still reads brilliantly as a standalone but I’d highly recommend reading the trio to experience the full stories of the interconnected characters🫶🏽

Sammy Baker is a single mum of two small boys aged seven and five, trying to find her way in one of the busiest cities of the world. The last thing on her mind is dating but suddenly she has two suitors to choose from. Who will she end up with? Will it be businessman Gavin, one of the customers of the restaurant where she works and someone who wants to wine & dine her or perhaps paediatric anaesthetist Noah? A man rightly or wrongly she thinks is a bit of player. Her sister Brooke has already decided for Sammy and is firmly Team?
The latest romcom from Max Monroe and the main characters will be familiar to regular readers of this writing duo from Accidental Attachment and Best Frenemies which overlaps slightly with Cluelessly Yours. Slightly more angsty than previous books, it initially starts in the present day with the hero and heroine in hospital before then going back a month in time and tells their story and how they ended up there in this slowburn romance. It could almost be called the tribulations of Sammy as anything that can go wrong does go wrong for her. From sprinklers going off in a restaurant to her seven-year-old son Seth educating his fellow students on how just how his aunt Brooke got a baby in her belly to her youngest son Seth’s desires to play guitar, play for the Yankees or be an alligator. It’s more than obvious that both Max and Monroe are mothers as the scenes involving Sammy and her kids were well written, funny and true to life. The romance side is definitely of the slowburn variety as life gets in the way of Sammy getting any action or perhaps it was just the wrong man and fate intervening although once she makes her choice then its full steam ahead with only a few child shaped bumps in the road but it initially their relationship was all about the developing the friendship even though it was apparent from the start, the hero wanted more. Another book from Max Monroe I would have no hesitation recommending.
Sebastian York and Elizabeth Louise provided the narration for this book and gave wonderful performances as they brought not only the main characters of Sammy, Noah and Gavin to life but also Sammy’s two little boys. Elizabeth’s portrayal of Sammy was spot on as the world weary but patient mom doing the best she could for her children while resisting the occasional urge to strangle them.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Sweet and spicy! Just how I like my books!
I absolutely adored this book!
Sammy is newly divorced single mom, and just moved to NYC with her two kids. She gets back into the dating scene and finds herself liking two guys, Gavin and Noah. She’s having a hard enough time trying to juggle her hectic life. Will she ever have time to fall in love?
This book is the third in a series, but can be read as a standalone. Although, I do recommend reading the other two first, because they were great!
This was such a cute, fun, and quick read! Max Monroe’s books are always a go to for me when I need the perfect rom com with spice! This book had tropes I love, including a love triangle, and single mom. I also loved the few twists that were thrown in! Definitely read this laugh out loud book!

Thank you to NetGalley, and Mac Monroe for this ARC!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
*Reviewed on NetGalley and Goodreads.
I have been waiting on this book since Accidental Attachment, and Max Monroe did not disappoint! I adored Sammy and Noah. I laughed way too much with Seth and Grant’s antics. Those boys were adorable and seeing their interactions with Noah were amazing and so sweet. The romance was perfectly paced and I wanted Sammy and Noah together from the start. I also liked the unique way this book was set up. It was fun. The revelations at the end were jaw dropping and crazy! This book had it all and was a lot of fun to read! I’m so glad I got to read this series!
Cluelessly grabs your attention right of the back when you meet Sammy whose stuck in a coma and when she finally wakes she sees a man she feels a strong sense of love and admiration for. Sammy quickly realizes there's another woman holding his hand with a very round pregnant belly. Sammy is confused especially when the woman mentions that the man is in fact her boyfriend. I mean hello how can we not want to know more with this? So of course I have to dive in more into the story where we learn that Sammy is a single mom with two boys who literally keep her on her toes every second. She constantly has terrible things happening all around her big and small and her boys acting out sure don't help her. You can't help, but feel some sympathy for her. Sammy finds herself in a bit of an indirect love triangle. She's not even looking for love she's just trying to survive. She has handsome and charming Dr. Noah and then she has a businessman named Gavin who wants to charm her with sweet compliments and fancy dinners. Gavin honestly gave me some creepy vibes from the beginning and had me cheering on Noah who was always surrounded by women. This book had me laughing at times and even feeling embarrassment for Sammy. Poor thing because she goes through so much. The ending of the epilogue was great! Max and Monroe add little bits of the other books in this series into this book and it was just perfect.
Special thanks to Max Monroe and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this ARC in return for my honest opinion.
I've read a good number of books by the authors till date, and I can't have enough of them. This book comes from a series where the MCs share the same world, and we get to see them here and there. (Loved the special appearances of MCs from Dr. OB) You don't have to read all the books to understand what's happening coz can be read as standalones, but trust me, the whole series feels so good.
This book's got some crazy moments with all the tropes and banter it's got covered, so brownie points from me as a lover of drama. Some of them felt like random plotlines just thrown in there for effect, which I'm not a fan of, but nevertheless, I don't hate the book.
Sammy, the MC is loud and very likeable with a chaotic and very 'happening' life. She's divorced, has two kids who are always in trouble and a pregnant sister who happens to be the MC of the first book in the series. She's got huge feelings and dreams too, but everything is always confusing and 'the time's never right'. Ahhh Sammy, you just wanna hug her so tight, she's amazing.
Like their other books, Max and Monroe's writing is easy to read and full of banter as you easily devour the book whole. I loved this book and I hope you do too!
A hilarious and witty book from Max Monroe. I love this world and all of the swoony characters. Sammy and Noah are chefs kiss!
I really enjoyed reading Sammy’s story and couldn’t put the book down. Sammy isn’t the typical MFC, she is realistic and openly admits she doesn’t have her life figured out. She is struggling, but she is also a wonderful person, hard worker, great sister and mother and she tries. So, when she finds herself kid free and sees Noah at a bar, she decides to approach him. Unfortunately, another woman walks up to him first and she thinks he was waiting for her. Enter Gavin. He has asked her out a couple of times, so when she runs into him again she says yes.
The way this book was written was a new approach and I liked it. The first part was all from Sammy’s perspective. We got to see into her daily life, understand what she was going through and really feel for her character. It added depth, character growth, without the other main character adding his two cents, and added to the tension and mystery of who she was going to end up with.
Gavin is a business man who lets his interest in Sammy be known early on. He treats her kids well and supports her when she needs it. Her travels a lot for work and is willing to go at the pace she sets. I really thought she should give him a chance.
Noah is friends with Sammy’s sister and a doctor. She find him attractive but keeps seeing him with other women. Until later in the book, you don’t know if he is into her or not. Her sister keeps trying to set her up with Noah, but it never happens. He is also really good with her kids, supports when she needs it, and is a truly nice guy.
There are some surprises in this book that I didn’t see coming. The prologue sets the stage and when that moment happens in the book, I was speechless. The aftermath of that also has far reaching consequences that I didn’t see coming. I wish there would have been at least one chapter about that because one person got hurt and I felt bad for him or her.
I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait for more. I received an ARC and this is my honest, voluntary review.
This was not at all what I was expecting but I loved it!! Cluelessly Yours was such a great change of pace. I was sucked in and so intrigued from the beginning!
Sammy is a single mom who’s hesitant to date again. Before you know, there are 2 men vying for her attention. Who will she pick? Who will win her heart? I won’t lie, one man gave me the creeps/red flags from the beginning!
Next thing you know, Sammy falls head over heels for one of them and they both get hit by a cab. She wakes up from a coma to find a pregnant woman at his hospital bedside..
Oh the drama 🤰 I hate real life drama, but book drama?! Hand it all over!! I ate it UP!

Cluelessly Yours by Max Monroe
This is the 3rd book in this series, and it's an interconnected stand-alone. I did not need to read the prior 2, but I damn well plan on it.
This is the very first Max Monroe book that I have ever read, & it won't be my last. This was excellently written with the perfect amount of drama, romance, realism, and intrigue.
The FMC, Sammy, is a single mom of two young children, recently divorced but trying to put herself first every once in a while. Every mom should try to do this, but it's not always easy. Mine is 12 now, and my husband & I haven't had a date in 3 years or more. Anyways . . . She dates this guy who seems perfectly acceptable until he's not. All while the Hot Doctor, Noah, that is friends with her sister, keeps showing up for her in ways she didn't even know that she needed.
I very much enjoyed Noah & Sammy's little "Grandpa & Grandma" banter. It was lively, sweet, fun, and wholesome.
Now, the romantic entanglements behind closed doors were less than wholesome. I loved the use of the on call rooms & how Max referenced popular television shows to give the reader a glimpse into what she was thinking.
Excellent Read. I was provided an advanced copy via NetGalley in exchange for reading & posting an honest review. That's all you'll get outta me - honesty.
Available today via KU, Audible, and in stores!!
Sammy was a character I could instantly relate to and I loved the premise of this story. I felt it was unique and kept my interest throughout the story. I don’t want to say too much about the story because I’m afraid of giving anything away. After having read the other two books in the series, I really enjoyed this one. I think you could enjoy this story even without having read the first two books in the series.
4.5 stars rounded up.
I dare anyone to disagree that Noah Phillips is top-tier book husband material. The fact that he was willing to take on Sammy’s two hellions is proof enough. As a mother Seth and Grant would make me pull my hair out, but as a reader I love them, I could practically feel their energy bouncing off the page,
I appreciate that Max Monroe wrote a book with a couple in their 40’s. Being in that age group it’s great to be able to identify a little more with the characters and their experiences.
This is my first book by the author(s) and it won’t be my last. Brooke’s story is definitely next up though.
