What an epic final book!
The five crowns is definitely one of my favourite series and in book 5 Carys has sure been on one heck of a journey I love her character growth throughout the series and how she’s come into her own self acceptance and really found out who she is
The way Ali has blended all 5 books and ended everyone’s stories was awesome the ending was just perfect
Very much an auto buy author for me now!
Thank you for the early copy A.K Mulford #netgalley #harpervoyager

I liked this one a lot, although to be quite honest, not as much as I enjoyed the previous two books in the series. Still, overall, a really lovely conclusion to a series I adore! I can’t wait to see what is next from Mulford.

Wow, what a great ending to this series!!! I really love that Sy and Carys were able to overcome their issues and find their way back to happiness! I love even more that everyone came together to defeat Adisa Monroe!!
Thank you NetGalley and Harper Voyager for the opportunity to read this eARC in exchange for an honest review.

I can’t believe this series is over, but man what an ending. Seeing Carys’ character really take shape in this book was just what we needed. Her resistance and change of heart (about many things) felt well flushed out and relatable. And Ersan was great! What a guy.
A.K has such an amazing talent if incorporating mental health struggles (as well as queer representation) into their books, in a way that feels effortless and REAL.
If you haven’t read all 5 of these books I’d encourage you to do so! They’re now sitting very cozy on my favorites list.

This book ended the series exactly how I wanted it to end. It was perfect. I loved everything about the tropes and the romance, especially the lovers to enemies to lovers…it’s just so satisfying. I was rooting for both of them the whole time.
Carys’s emotions and struggles felt very real to me, which made the experience of reading the book so much better.
The twist at the end was unexpected but wonderful at the same time. I loved every bit of this book and I almost wish there was more of the ending scene.

This book was so amazing and so emotional at the same time. Being the fifth and final book in this series I was so excited to read it and A.K Mulford did not disappoint. We get to follow Carys as she struggles with her past and present and learning to accept what will be what should be and what was. Her internal struggles felt so real and raw and it was easy to relate to her and hurt for her and root for her. The ending was not what I expected but wraps up this world so wonderfully. I do wish as I have with the whole series that we got more of the whole group together those scenes are always my favorite.

This was an amazing conclusion to the series! This is just what I want in a fantasy romance book. The world building was amazing and the romance ended just the way I wanted it too.

Oh. My. God. What a PHENOMENAL ending to a FANTASTIC series. Carys was my favorite side character throughout the first 4 books, so I was SUPER excited to learn she'd be our hero in the final installment! Her journey to self acceptance (as well as battling PMDD) was so raw and angsty and beautiful. I cried multiple times for multiple reasons. The action? Great. The tension? Astronomical. The twists? Whiplashy. The spice? Immaculate. I will reread this series again and again, and this final book was the most emotional, most beautiful, though all the books have their own beautiful. AK Mulford is seriously so talented, I can't wait to read everything they write!!
