Captain Whisker’s Nautical Adventure
Temmy Francis

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ 4.5/5 stars

This little chapter book was absolutely adorable. It was perfect for the kids just getting into chapter books, I would say, 3rd to 4th grade up.

I love that it took us long on an adventure. Each adorable nautical character brought about excitement and curiosity. All the adventures were ones that were fun, as well as educational.

This delightful tale of Captain Whiskers and his merry crew had my little one captivated from the very first page. The author, Temmy Francis, weaves a heartwarming story of friendship and adventure that is both entertaining and educational.

The colorful illustrations bring the characters and the maritime world of Seapaw Bay to life in a way that sparks the imagination of young readers. Captain Whiskers' adventures are not only fun but also teach valuable lessons about teamwork and following one's dreams.

This is a lovely chapter book that introduces us to Captain Whiskers and the crew of the S.S. Meowington. We join them on their adventures which include braving a storm, working together, joining a race and more. It introduces different themes in the chapters and is lovely. I think this would be perfect for readers aged 6-8 depending on the individual child.
