So many books, so little time! Thanks to Buzz Books 2024 I know which ones I'm most interested in putting on my to be read list. Always enjoy the previews of upcoming books and this year looks great. Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for this great tool.
This Buzz Books 2024 collection was a thorough and exciting overview of some of the most anticipated reads of this Spring/Summer season; thank for you the opportunity to preview so many amazing titles!
I loved the buzzy books Netgalley put together in the fall, so I was super excited when I saw this. There are tons of great recommendations, and I especially love the attention to debuts.
Thank you to netgalley and publishers lunch for another wonderful opportunity for a glimpse into the future! Always do exciting to see what books are being published, old favourites and new voices
I love this! There are so many books that exist and new ones constantly coming out that I add to my never ending TBR. Having a list, as well as a sample of some allows me to prioritize what I want to add to my TBR.
The only negative is when one of those samples is so good and I need that book in my hands asap and have to wait.
I’ll look forward to more of these samplers in the future!
It’s always a great opportunity to read the Buzz Books update. Being able to look in one place for the upcoming titles makes it easy to see what’s being published. I already was interested in a few of the titles and will consider others .
So thankful for these excerpts. There was one that I never heard of and now I definitely want to check it out. Always nice to discover new authors and find reads I had no clue I would be interested in. Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for these samples!
I love these samplers! It's such a great way to plan my TBR! These are such a great way to see what I am interested in, in advance.
Thank you for publishing this preview of books coming out this spring and summer. I’m excited to see that so many of my favorite authors have new books!
I really love this sampler! I really appreciated the ability to read from a few upcoming novels to get a sense of the writing.
Once again, I'm intrigued and excited to find so many new titles on display for my perusal. I love browsing reviews, summaries, and excerpts of new books ALMOST as much as reading actual books (and probably waste entirely too much time browsing). I'm going to hold off an requests for the moment, as I need to finish reading and reviewing the ARCs already on my NetGalley shelf. But I've jotted down several titles to request as soon as I've done so.
One request: I'd love to see (and hear) news of upcoming audiobooks too, and to have more downloadable audiobook options on the site. Listening has become my favorite way of accessing books, and now makes up almost half of my reading.
Thanks for this - appreciate the update - helpful to me as a reviewer and reader looking to the spring season
Anyone who has ever looked at a Buzz Books compilation will know that they want to take a look at this latest edition. It lists the titles of forthcoming books in many genres. There are also generous excerpts of selected titles.
This FREE resource offers one of the very best ways to add to a reading list. I was excited about many of the titles included here. Some are by authors familiar to me while others will lead me to explore new writers.
Many thanks to NetGalley and Publishers Lunch/Buzz Books for this title. All opinions are my own.
Like previous BuzzBooks this one is a great introduction to new books soon to be published. I read all the exercepts for nonfiction books first and chose American Flygirl to request a copy.
This is an incredible resource for people who want a preview of the most hotly anticipated adult books of the spring and summer season. It's also great for those who want a chance to sample the writing styles of these authors before either requesting the galleys to review or pre-ordering the books for themselves.
The sampler covers a wide range of books broken down into 4 categories: Fiction, Non-fiction, Young Adult, and Debut. I find the debut section especially helpful, because it exposes me to the work of authors who I haven't read or even heard of previously.
The books that appeal to me most after sampling are The Girl with No Reflection by Keshe Chow, Bound to the Shadow Prince by Ruby Dixon, and The Unwedding by Allie Condie.
This look into some of the upcoming books of 2024 was fantastic! I am using it to request books that hooked me! Thank you NetGalley for offering us this sneak peek at what we have to come!
One thing that is always a bummer about requesting books, is not knowing if the writing style will be your jam... But this compilation of intros has helped me decide some of the books I will request!
Thank you!
