This book was a meaningful exploration of the benefits of female friendship.Part 1 is rooted in research and Part 2 is rooted in application. The chapters were concise so it read as surface but I think the application is where most readers would benefit. As a nerd, I wanted more analysis but that's a personal preference. I do think this would be an interesting book club read.

I was approved for this book as an ARC right before it came out, but I wanted to listen to this one since I like consuming nonfiction through audio more than digital/physical. I appreciate the research and examples in this book. If friendship is an area of nonfiction interest, this book is a very accessible and tangible work.
