Wow! Didn't realize how much I needed this. Feeling both called out and seen - and, thankfully, I have some tools to deal with this problem of mine. I appreciate the author's bullet pointed questions. I'll spend more time with this, and could definitely recommend it to friends! Lol, I guess we're all people pleasers.
