I really enjoyed this workbook it really helped me work through a lot of my tension and stress! I highly recommend checking this out.
What do I do with all of my anxious thoughts? As a woman with so many racing thoughts about home, family, money, the future, I wanted and needed a means to work through these emotions. I found a resource in Bianca Rodriguez's book, Anxiety Workbook for Women. Her book resonated with me and I felt understood and guided in my journey to deal with stress and anxiety.
I appreciated that each section ended with key takeaways that I can revisit as I use this workbook. I found the tools to understand my thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to be ones that I will revisit many times as the situations arise. I received a digital copy of this book, and will be purchasing a hard copy so that I can write in the book and mark up the pages with my thoughts.
As someone who suffers from anxiety, I was excited to look through this workbook. I found the introduction to anxiety to be very informative. The book is full of lots of great activities to help deal with stress and anxiety. I found the key takeaway sections to be especially helpful. I’m looking forward to using several of the activities in the coping list in my daily life right away. Definitely recommend this book to people who suffer from anxiety.
This is a good book that helps to teach different techniques on how to overcome anxiety. As someone who works in the mental health realm, this book provided me with takeaways on how I can help myself and my clients. It helped to provide different insight on common topics and it utilized different experiences and examples. The only challenge I had with getting through the book was the flowers that kept appearing and taking up different space. Besides that I encourage people to read it.

i requested this because it seemed interesting and i'm glad i got to check it out. this workbook seems very useful to manage stress and anxiety and i feel that the book can help give a better understanding of anxiety.

This book was insightful into getting a better understanding of my own anxiety. Relating what was expressed in the book to my own experiences helped me to feel what I needed to while knowing what there is to be worked on.
This was a nice workbook for women dealing with anxiety and stress. I always check out these kinds of books because I know that I do better when I put in the work. There is some information mixed in with the exercises, which all seem relevant and practical. Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this
I like to review these types of books, given my profession as a therapist. Overall I think this is a nice workbook that will look beautiful in print. I had an e-book ARC of this so unfortunately I cannot review the formatting. The content includes psychoeducation about anxiety, hypothetical case examples, and instruction on the various coping techniques that the author has included. I like that it’s geared towards women because there are some factors that impact women’s experience with anxiety compared to men. I think this workbook was well done and could be helpful for many.
