This book is set in Yorkshire England on the bleak moors above the city of Leeds. Two brothers and their dog Tina are lost in the snow high up on the moors. as night draws in when disaster strikes. This is a heart warming story that had me in tears. I’m an adult by the way! I wondered how the Lark, a summer bird, could feature in a story set in the snow. However the Lark was magically introduced and It was at this point I cried.
It’s a short read and I highly recommend it. Now I’m just off to read it again!
