This is such a cute book that explains the facial expressions of our little people. Add it to your children's personal libraries.

This book is about the way your face looks different under different emotions. The story rhymes decently even though it does have some sand in its cadence. The story is nice and so are the illustrations, but it feels very self-published, and not in the complementary way. The message as an adult seems convoluted. This almost seems like a book you’d give to a little girl about not needing makeup or not needing augmentation. It feels like it’s halfway between what it wants to be and what it should be.

The kids in this story make as many faces as they can. I think is especially good for kids who need to learn social awareness and social cues. Kids will enjoy making faces while reading this book.

A quickly-read, and well-rhymed, look at emotions, through the facial expressions of two brothers. Sometimes it's just them posing as for a camera, sometimes they're goofing around, sometimes – through the shock of a burst balloon, the annoyance of a broken toy or the fright from a roller-coaster – they're just naturally expressive. Oh, and the chorus if you think of calling it that demands we accept our face and never consider changing it, which is very pertinent, too. All told this is a strong little title, promising good things of this series, pitching very young but creating a joyful lesson for the right readers. A strong four stars.

“This is my face” follows two little boys as they learn the importance of being themselves and expressing their feelings.

Think it is fantastic that this book doesn’t shy away from exploring what people term to be the more “negative emotions” such as angry and sad. Instead it encourages children to understand that all of these feelings and emotions are completely normal to experience.

Really found the exercises at the end very useful for my little one. It allows them to build on their understanding of different emotions.

This is My Face is a rhyming story about being who you are, and letting your face share your emotions.

It’s a bright and fun read, and children will enjoy mimicking and identifying the different facial expressions as they read with their grownup. It’s a great lesson in labelling and validating emotions, and I think it would also be a great resource for kids who might find it tricky to read the emotions of others.

The activities at the end are a great way to consolidate learning and practice thinking about our own faces!

This was cute and colorful. Children will love imitating all of the faces, and this book will be a good opportunity to teach them about different emotions.

I read this with my 6 year old and I truly loved it. The message in this book is very clear and I loved how it encourages you to express yourself with your face.

Loved this one! A dad teaching his boys about different emotions and expressing them. All of the faces were lots of fun and helped my boys practice their own faces and emotions. Also comes with a "how do you feel" part at the end which is great for little ones to help communicate how they're feeling.

Super cute and inspiring book for toddlers and children. I read this with my niece and she really enjoyed it - will definitely be picking up more books by this author. The illustrations are great as well.

As a first grade teacher, it's always a challenge to teach kids about their feelings and recognizing feelings in others. I'm always looking for new books that demonstrate this. The rhyming is so fun too! I like the activities at the end as well. It would be simple and fun to do those with my students.

This was totally informational. Sometimes it's so hard to describe a feeling to your kid and this book will come to the rescue. Simple and easy way to explain your kid what they are feeling and what to call it.

Loved this book! It was a fun and silly way to start talking about emotions with my toddler! The illustrations were very cute. My toddler had fun trying to copy Liam and Landons facial expressions!

This book had very nice illustrations. The premise was about feelings and facial expressions. I felt like they could have gone a little bit deeper into feelings. Overall a cute book!

You can many faces, along with staying true to yourself. I love the activities at the end, because it allowed the children to draw their different faces.

Great book for helping children understand emotions and what emotions can look like. I love the end where they can draw themselves feeling different emotions.

I would be happy sharing this book at work, especially when we are working on emotions. As even little kids have big emotions and it can be hard to understand why and even harder to read emotions that someone else may be feeling.

I love this series with the two brothers. Just like in the boogeyman story my four year old was entertained with these kids antics and it was great to talk about emotions and facial expressions.

Ok i love this and this was so cute! I love how informative this book is to teach children about their emotions. It will definitely kept them engaged with the rhyming, beautiful illustrations, and interactive activities at the end of the book. My hyperactive 4 year even stopped to listen and read along with me.

Speaking of the end of the book, i just love how the kids are instructed to point to how they’re feeling to help open up dialogue for learning. I love the boxes for them to draw what they think each emotions looks like to them.

Definitely recommend for teachers to put into their classrooms.

My 8 year old son really enjoyed this book.. . It helped him understand his emotions are valid and that it's okay to have different types of emotions whether or not you're sad or happy. It was easy for him to read all by his self. The I enjoyed is him understanding his emotions and all types of emotions are okay and learning how to express his emotions..

This book was really cute. I like how it explored the different emotions that you can have and even though you have all of those emotions, you are still you. The pictures were cute and I like how in the end I gave you a chance to express your own emotions.
