"Time 2 Go: 17 Proven Techniques For Eliminating Time Killers, Bad Habits, Unproductive Distractions, and Procrastination" is a game-changer for anyone looking to reclaim control over their time and live a more purposeful life. This book cuts through the noise of productivity hacks and offers practical, actionable strategies that truly make a difference.

From the moment I started reading, I was captivated by the author's insights into the nature of time and productivity. The book challenges conventional wisdom and encourages readers to shift their focus from simply being busy to being intentional about how they spend their time.

What sets this book apart is its emphasis on quality over quantity. Instead of simply trying to cram more tasks into our days, the author encourages us to identify what truly matters to us and prioritize accordingly. This shift in mindset has the power to transform not only our productivity but also our overall sense of fulfillment and well-being.

I appreciated the variety of techniques and exercises provided in the book, which cater to different learning styles and preferences. Whether it's creating a values-based schedule, cultivating self-discipline, or minimizing distractions, there's something here for everyone.

One of the most valuable aspects of "Time 2 Go" is its focus on sustainability. Rather than offering quick fixes or temporary solutions, the book encourages readers to adopt habits and practices that will stand the test of time. This long-term approach ensures lasting results and genuine growth.

As I delved into the pages of "Time 2 Go," I found myself gaining valuable insights and inspiration to take action in my own life. The book kept me up at night, not out of anxiety, but out of excitement to implement the strategies and techniques outlined within its pages.

In conclusion, "Time 2 Go" is a must-read for anyone who wants to break free from the cycle of busyness and procrastination and start living a life of purpose and fulfillment. I highly recommend it to anyone ready to take their productivity to the next level and make every moment count.

As someone who often has problems with time management when I saw this book for download on Netgalley I jumped at the chanced to read it. I've read several books on this topic before and I've usually come to the same conclusion. This book is fantastic for neurotypical people but if you aren't the book is a gigantic waste of time. This unfortunately does have that problem.

Let me start off by saying this book is far from completely useless. If you are neurotypical it does have a lot of things that you may find use out of. There are a lot of techniques that I have seen in other books that to seem to be a large help to most people. My problem is if you are in any way neurodivergent a lot of the advice in this isn't going to apply to you. There is also a small amount of downright unhelpful or dangerous information in it. (I'm writing this several weeks after I read it so I frankly don't remember much about the book, which seems to me a problem in and of itself) but the main thing I remember is being advised to eat the random berries and fruit you find on nature walks. Please don't do this, you may die.

I like the study question section that happens after each chapter particularly. It helps to drive home the point behind each chapter as it happens.

Since there is some genuinely useful information in this I think I do recommend it for the neurotypical audience.

I unfortunately was only able to get 60% through before deciding to DNF. I love reading self-help and trying to better myself, but this just fell a little flat for me. Here's my points:

1. It reads like a high school thesis paper. A lot, and I mean a LOT, of points are mentioned repeatedly. It's as if a student is writing this and trying to reach the word count. For example, on page 37 a bullet list is shown. Step 4 and step 5 on this list is copy and pasted. I'm not sure if this is intentional or a typo, but it's word for word identical.

2. This coincides with point 1, but the repetition keeps going. Throughout the book, we are introduced to several methods to deal with procrastination. Each new method lists its benefits. The problem? All of these methods have the same benefits. I feel like this book could have been written differently. Like, maybe list the benefits FIRST and then list alllllll the different methods. Each method makes it seem like it has different benefits but it doesn't. They all help with sleep, lessen anxiety, lessen stress, and improve mental health. I dont know....just overall very repetitive.

3. Something I DO like about this is how straight forward it is. We are immediately sucked into learning about different types of distractions and procrastination. I learned I was a worrier procrastinator. It's nice to read a book like this and come out with new knowledge.

Thank you for letting me review this. It has a lot of potential, maybe just workshop the points and it'll be a more successful book!
