Stop what you're doing and grab a copy of this book! It was so adorable and swoony. I saw it on NetGalley and thought it sounded like a fun read and so I requested it. I was approved right away and then started it and couldn't put it down. I kept messaging my book besties that they HAD to read it!

This is an age gap, second chance, close proximity, nanny, he falls first and sooo much more sweet and clean romance!

Their meet cute was adorably funny. And he definitely falls for her. I loved "watching" him as he did so throughout the whole book. Poor guy was smitten right away and had no chance! And she fell pretty fast too. But that whole age gap and the fact that she's his nanny kept them both holding back. I really loved how the author handled writing it. It was very realistic and done well.

There are definitely ups and downs for these two, just when they think they have something figured out it another bump in the road appears. But Jake's daughters are just the cutest things and added a perfect dynamic to this story! Tally and Jake and their interactions with the little girls were some of my favorite scenes in this book. There are some hard moments too in regards to the girls and his ex-wife, so be aware that you'll encounter that in the book as well.

The chemistry was through the roof. You'll love it if you're a romantic at heart! This book just made me so happy! I was grinning from beginning to end! And you'll love Jake's attempts at teaching Tally how to flirt and talk with guys and all of his dating advice. It was pure perfection!

This is the third book but can be read as a standalone. Now excuse me as I go read the previous books cause I need to know about those characters as well since I got to know them throughout this book!!!

Content: Clean. Some kisses but nothing further than kisses. The topic of divorce and the ex-wife leaving the kids behind and not being there when she says she will be is addressed.

I received a copy from the publisher, Victory Editing NetGalley Co-Op, via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions in the review are my own.

Happy Reading!!!

At first I was interested in the idea of a courtship coach for a shy person. However, it didn’t translate well. Tally being so shy and inexperienced didn’t mesh with dating her older boss and moving so fast into meeting his family.

This book is not it. Tally was incredibly immature and inexperienced in life. Her dating her older boss just felt like he was taking advantage of her. Then Tally wanted him to tell the kids after dating for basically zero time. Gross. A proposal at 4 months when she's never dated before?! Yuck.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for allowing me to read this arc in exchange for an honest review!

I truly loved this book. Jake and tally were great. Jake was such an amazing dad. He is so sweet to his girls. He did such a great job raising those girls after this ex wife left them! Hiring a nanny was what was needed though and he found a great one in Tally.
Tally was had social anxiety and regular anxiety in general. It really affected his life. Jake made me come out of her shell and she could just be herself around him. And she loved those girls. Jake really had to let go of the age difference and now he felt his life was a mess but Tally was truly great for him. Tally could at times show some immaturity but all in all she is great as well.
This is must read!

it's the third of four books but you don't have to ready all of them. This is standalone and you don't need the other stories

alone paranting dad and the Nanny there could be more advantages then that but Tally loves the three girls and after a few weeks they love her too and there is the dad who is willing to not fall in love with her.

very cute Christmas story

have fun reading!

Love in Abbottsville, Book 3 - A sweet, small-town romantic comedy

Thank you to the Victory Editing Co-op and Krista Noorman for the gifted arc. I absolutely loved it! I read it in one day! I want more about this lovely family! Will there be a sequel? Thank you for writing clean romance…it was refreshing!!! I have not heard of this author before, but I look forward to reading many more of her books!

Krista Noorman does a good job of helping readers relate to her characters. I personally suffer from social anxiety and was able to empathize with Tally.. I will admit that I cried during certain parts of this book, but as usual, in the end everything worked out. I loved the different ways that Jake helped her work to overcome her anxiety. I’m definitely going to include certain aspects of those in my own life. I cannot wait for the fourth book to come out in the series. Krista’s character development is truly amazing. I love how we are able to meet characters in previous books as well as in books to come.

This wasn't the worst book I've read, but it was definitely problematic. I'm not opposed to the "dating your boss" trope, but it has to be done well or else it feels predatory. Tally's complete inexperience and immaturity mixed with the age difference and the fact that Jake is her boss made her relationship feel icky. Also, they had been together less than four months and Tally was hurt that Jake wouldn't tell the kids they were dating? They went through enough with a divorce and their mother abandoning them, they definitely could have waited a while. Getting married after four months is absolutely wild, especially with the kids in the mix and all the communication problems they had.

I really hated how Jake said he didn't want kids and then magically changed his mind at the thought of having a boy. Your three daughters don't fulfill you enough? What if you change your mind because you want a boy and you have another girl? The fact that he knew before he started their relationship that he didn't want kids but did it anyway is red flag city.

The characters were hard to like and the plot had so many screaming red flags that this one was a pass for me.

I really enjoyed The Courtship Coach. Read the entire thing on an flight and couldn’t put it down it was so easy to connect to the characters and it was a pretty light just fun read. I would for sure purchase to add to our library - very universal appeal. So often in romance books the characters don’t feel real or are very exaggerated but not in this book. I also don’t always love age gap romances but this one I had no problems with.

I did not read the first two books in this setting and I don’t think you have too but I will be doing so now! It can only add to read those first and know some background. .

So excited for this sweet romance! As someone who has personally delt with extreme shyness it's so nice to have a heroine to relate to. Also really enjoy the single dad troupe as well. Very excited to share my thoughts and review very soon and bring this to readers
