I have really been enjoying catching up on Christie Barlow's Love Heart Lane series and this one didn't disappoint. I really enjoyed Florrie's story and the stories from her Aunt's past. I have also enjoyed in this series catching up with characters we have met in previous stories. It's a shame this one appears to be the end of this particular series. I look forward to reading more from Christie.
Another great book in the Loveheart series, such an enjoyable read with characters that you just grow to love in a beautiful setting.
A captivating blend of warmth and charm. The writing is infused with an inviting sense of community, painting a picture of a quaint village where friendships bloom. I loved the wonderfully crafted characters, each bringing their own heart to the story. The romantic plot was endearing without being overdone.
Many thanks to HarperCollins UK and to Netgalley for providing me with a galley in exchange for my honest opinion.

What a fantastic way to end the series. Heartcross will always have a special place in my heart. Such a fantastic series, I am gutted it had to end when it did as I don't feel I would ever get board for visiting. I really hope in the future we could have a stand alone book so we could get updated on the village and what has been happening to the flower shop, Bakery,

So so sad that this amazing series has come to an end. Brilliantly written with such a wonderful setting and fabulous characters. One of those series you can easily go back to and enjoy it all over again.
I love this series of books and this one is no exception. Florrie's story immediately catches your heart and it is great to be back with all of the characters from the previous books. Warmhearted and full of great characters makes a perfect beach read
Thanks to netgalley for the chance to read this book.
When Florrie’s Aunt Ada passes she finds herself about to be homeless and without a job. She decides she must fight for both her flower van business and rose cottage. Will the residents or Heartcross be able to help Florrie save both?
I absolutely adored this book! For Me who is a flower lover, this book was a dream to read!!! I loved the settings, the description of the beautiful garden, the flowers all over the book, the storyline, the characters and the events, the suspense and a surprise I didn’t see coming at the end! Super wonderful book! I totally recommend it!!!
I was delighted to be back one more time at Heartcross village, because the setting is charming and the beauty and the friendliness is in the air.
The Vintage Flower Van On Love Heart Lane tells Florrie's story. When her great aunt Ada dies, Florrie has to save her beloved garden and the van where she sold her beautiful flowers for all her life from some soulless property developers, that planned to destroy everything.
I liked to follow Florrie in this journey. She is resourceful, she never quit, she is beautiful inside and out, and she loves her family memories so much she is determined to do whatever she can to save them. It was also so good to see this little community to come together and fight the petty businessmen.
I recommend this new book from Christie Barlow
because she manages, thanks to her writing, to get you involved in her world so much it seems real.
I love, love, love it. Saving the village flower van, the wonderful characters, the village. It all adds up to one wonderful, fun and even romantic read. Add the fact that this author is a favourite of mine and that she can write books so well she also develops the characters so they are true and believable and people you could imagine living in your town or village.
This is a wonderful read adn one I had no trouble devouring in just two days. I always look forward to the next book written by Christie Barlow and as yet I have never been disappointed.
Thank you NetGalley and HarperCollins UK, One More Chapter for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book.
I have loved reading this series and the final one hasn’t disappointed me at all.
Full of love and romance and loyal friendships we go back to Heartcross where Florrie is dealing with the death of her beloved great aunt Ada. Florrie is charged with carrying on with running Ada’s Vintage Flower Van when a letter arrives to devastate her.
With the death of Ada comes the return of Florrie first and only real love. Can Tom convince her to trust him.
We’ll see.
Thank you NetGalley for an ARC of this fabulous book.
I loved every little thing about this book I love the characters, I loved how this beautiful series ended I’m absolutely heartbroken that this is end! We could easily get 10 more!!
The Vintage Flower Van on Love Lane is a sweet, small town second-chance romance, centred around Florrie, the aptly named florist, and Tom, the well-bred businessman.
I thought the premise was sweet, focusing on Florrie’s attempts to save her family business and childhood home after the death of her great-aunt. However, the miscommunication trope made the romance really hard to get into, and the pacing was a bit off. It felt like the protagonist and her love internet spent so much time NOT communicating, that I didn’t feel invested in their relationship at all. I think I almost would’ve preferred it if the resolution was then to go on a date together or something, rather than rush them into a relationship.
However, the setting and the development of the secondary characters worked so well to really bring the story to life, and it made me want to check out some of the other books in the series.
Overall, if you’re looking for a sweet, small town romance that leaves you feeling warm and cozy, then you might enjoy this book.
Thanks to Christie Barlow, One More Chapter and Net Galley for providing me with a copy to review!
Another wonderful book by this author, who transports us to Love Heart Lane and keeps us falling in love with the habitants of this town 🥹
Although this book could have been told in fewer pages (because everything was solved with a serious conversation), we meet Florrie, a florist who is passionate about what she does and whose mission is to save her late aunt's house and van. Although we don't know Aunt Ada, only what people tell us about her, we soon realize that she was a wonderful person 🥰 the big problem for Florrie is that the company that wants to destroy what she wants to protect belongs to the family of her great love, Tom.
I can tell you that the author has won me over once again with this book. Despite some flaws, it's an excellent book, in the style of Hallmark movies. A very cliché novel, but perfect for flower lovers and for reading in spring or summer 💕
Thank you to NetGalley, Harper Collins UK One More Chapter and the author for the chance to review.
Lovely easy to read book. Enjoyed the storyline and how the village comes together. Shows the value of friendship and community. Would recommend
Its the end of the road for the stories at Heartcross, and it also seems the Vintage Flower Van is also going to come to an end too for the residents of this village, that i have got to know over the last fourteen books. When Florrie’s Aunt Ada, she is hit with inheriting everything, which includes an eviction notice to Rose Cottage and the surrounding gardens which provide the Van with it’s stock.
Of course the village immediately gets behind Florrie and her late Aunt’s legacy, but it doesn’t help when the man sent to sort it all out, happens to be Florrie’s ex boyfriend who broke her heart. However he remembers the village as well, and it seems there is more to what could be going on than first thought. Will the future of Heartcross be safe one final time? A perfect ending to a perfect series, and if you have never read them – go back to the beginning and devour them all!
I read this book with my usual excitement, I always enjoy coming back to this series, but this time tinged with sadness. This is the final book in the series, I will say the ending was perfectly done and it was an absolute pleasure to read as always.
