Cluelessly Yours🌸
By Max Monroe🌞
Review📔
This book almost made me pee my pants from laughing so hard. It was properly hilarious, and I couldn’t stop smiling. The main character is a freshly divorced single mom who absolutely melted my heart. I could definitely relate to so many things the FMC struggled with. This was a love triangle of sorts, but not to worry, it’s not what you think. Nice guys can finish first! 😉 I loved the whole book from start to finish! If you are looking for an extremely fun and absolutely hilarious read-pick this up!

I really need to read more Max Monroe because they write the cutest dang stuff. I'm constantly smiling and laughing through their stories even when I'm an angsty mess because I hate love triangles. This story was just fantastic and I couldn't get enough.
I loved Sammy and her guy who shall not be named. When we find out that one of them screws her over in the prologue I found myself struggling over who to root for... Was it the handsome Dr with girls falling at his feet or the sweet businessman who seemed to be at her beck and call? It was a whirlwind of wild as we got down to the bottom of it, but I absolutely loved how it turned out.
I also adored having Brooke and Chase back and so present, I just love them and they played such a fun part of Sammy's story.
The audio was fantastic. I adore Sebastian York and loved new to me, Elizabeth Louise. The first part is narrated by Elizabeth and then the second part is narrated by one of the guys and then the third is narrated by both, which I thought was a fun set up.

Find yourself a doctor. That’s all. Jkjk. This book was so sweet. Might be my favorite of this series so far. Sammy the single mother & Noah is a bachelor doctor who become friends. Sammy’s meddling sister is fantastic too. This was a blast
Thank you Max Monroe for ALC in exchange for an honest review!

This was a cute and fun read! As always, Max Monroe made me laugh out loud with this book. Sammy's two boys were hilarious and cute, especially because they are not my kids. Haha!
Max Monroe wrote a book boyfriend who made me swoon over and over. Noah was a dream come true for Sammy. He was a kind, caring, and thoughtful man who understood Sammy's needs as a single mother.
I liked how the story started - with a dramatic hospital scene. It then went back in time to bring the readers up to that scene in the hospital. I thought it was a clever way to start the book and tell their story.
It was nice to see Brooke and Chase from Accidental Attachment again!
Overall, this was an enjoyable read with a cute HEA for Sammy and her family.
I received an audio copy of this book through Net Galley for an honest review.
Honestly, this book was so good, so riveting that I have found a new favorite authors. This is the second book I have read authored by this dynamic duo. If you like/ love romance, get these books people! Best Frenemies was also 5 stars for me.
This is a dual timeline, it begins with a current time then goes to a month before, then goes back to current time. I enjoyed every minute of this gem!
Sammy is a divorced mom of 2 wild boys and her life is a mess. She has interest from 2 different guys, Gavin a businessman and Noah a doctor. There are of course all kinds of crazy things that happen as she falls in love with one of them Another fun story by Max Monroe.
When reading romance novels with characters based in their 30s and 40s, I have conflicted feelings. I truly adore having characters to relate to as I am currently mid 30s, and am constantly rooting for their HEA. BUT at the same time it makes me sad that it took them so long to find their happy ending. This book is no different. This is my second from Max Monroe, and my second 5 star. The characters are SO real, the storyline is told so perfectly, and the banter is so top notch I literally LOL more times than I can count. As if this wasn't already an immediate favorite early on, the Friends/Legally Blonde/ Pop Culture references sealed the deal. I love the way Max Monroe carries over the characters from the other books without making them a direct sequel, but enough to see your favorite characters continuing to thrive even after their stories are done. Also, since I did the audio - I have to mention how perfect the narrators were. They brought the story to life and made you fall even more in love with the characters created. Hoping we get more from this world in the future books, because this book was truly perfection.
Seriously, these ladies can do no wrong, and I’m cluelessly in love with this book. Cluelessly Yours by Max Monroe was a fun, flirty, emotional, and spicy romcom that I devoured in one sitting. I’d been anticipating Sammy’s story since meeting her and her obnoxiously loveable sons in Accidental Attachment. Sammy and Noah’s journey to HEA was full of misunderstandings, second chances, a little meddling, and swoony moments that melted my heart.
Elizabeth Louise and Sebastian York performed this audiobook in dual narration. Elizabeth was a new-to-me narrator, and I loved indulging in her voice and performance of Sammy. She captured Sammy’s vulnerabilities, fierce love for her sons, and desires for Noah, giving her an endearing tone. SebYo’s deep rich tone fully embodied loyal, dedicated, and devoted Noah. Both narrators brought wit, humor, and heat portraying Sammy and Noah’s undeniable chemistry.
Overall, I LOVED this book. If you are a fan of a romcom set in NYC with a hardworking single mom, a hunky charismatic anesthesiologist, two adorably needy sons, broken arm mishaps, a caring meddling sister, Central Park doggy playdates, mom’s night out, dating in your forties, false assumptions, taxi cab dangers, hospital secrets, weddings, and a HEA worth publishing, then you love Sammy and Noah’s story. I always look forward to more from Max Monroe.
Premise - a single mom wakes up in a hospital alongside the man she loves… and a pregnant woman! What?
I liked:
💕 single mother midlife protagonist
💕 humor (not laugh out loud, but an amused exhale here and there)
💕 the other woman isn’t solely blamed for the cheater’s choices
💕 the relationship between the sisters
💕 the prose isn’t distractingly purple
Didn’t love:
🖍️ the melodrama
🖍️ the weirdness with Gavin
🖍️ Noah has Amex with abs syndrome
Genre readers will love this - I think fans of Ana Huang and Colleen Hoover will eat this up. Definitely check it out if you like:

✨ families in your romance
✨ mature MCs
✨ a little humor
✨ love triangles
✨ women with backbones
