I absolutely binged this book! I switched back and forth between reading and listening and the audio was fabulous! I’m really picky about narrators but I thought these were great!
The story was so amazing. It’s so hard for people to write how hard it is to be a mom and @authormaxmonroe did it perfectly! I couldn’t stop reading!!

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars! This was such a cute and funny rom com! Sammy is a divorced mother of 2 rambunctious and funny boys. She is interested in Noah, who is a doctor and Gavin who is a businessman and they both have an interest in her, even though Noah doesn’t show it right away. Gavin is trying his best to win her heart but Sammy is taking it slow. She also is attracted to and likes Noah but he doesn’t seem like he sees in her the same way. Eventually, her and Noah start spending more time together and he finally admits that he likes her: Will she choose Gavin or Noah? We also learn about her sister, Brooke and her fiancé and Sammy and Noah’s friends which are equally as funny. This book was soooooo much fun and was hilarious from start to finish. If you want to laugh and are in a reading slump, definitely pick up this book!

Cluelessly Yours is the typical hilarious Max Monroe read.

Sammy is the single mom who's trying to keep her life together. She's not in the market for dating yet finds herself in a whirlwind love triangle with swoony doctor Noah and businessman Gavin. Hit by a cab, she's in the hospital with a man next to her... and another woman claiming to be his lover. Time to rewind and figure out what the situation, including who the man is.

While not a huge fan of the "clearly a love triangle" trope, I enjoyed listening in to Sammy's adventures and had a clear man I was rooting for from the beginning. I couldn't help swooning to the gestures made by Noah and scratching my head in frustration with Gavin's antics. It was interesting to switch to Noah's POV in the second part and felt it was a nice (although hard to figure out at first) twist. Cluelessly Yours is the typical laugh out loud Max Monroe read that will please their fans. Narrated in just under 10 hours by Elizabeth Louise and Sebastain York, this was a quick, bingeable listen.

This is Book 3 of It’s A Funny Story Series.

I was lucky enough to receive as an ARC.

Cluelessly Yours takes you on an unexpected and heartwarming journey through the chaos of love, second chances, and unexpected twists. Sammy Baker, a resilient single mom with Legos under her feet and the world on her shoulders, finds herself in a whirlwind of emotions when the man she loves is in a coma, and a pregnant woman claims he's the father.

The plot unfolds with a perfect blend of humour, heartache, and romance. Max Monroe weaves a captivating narrative that keeps you hooked from the very first page. The characters are well-developed, and their struggles and triumphs resonate with the reader.

Sammy's dilemma of choosing between a successful businessman and an eligible bachelor doctor adds layers of complexity to the story. The author skilfully explores the themes of love, destiny, and the unpredictability of life. The smart choice may seem clear, but the heart has its own desires, and fate has a way of intervening.

The writing style is engaging, filled with witty dialogue and emotional depth. The humour provides a delightful balance to the more serious moments, making it a thoroughly enjoyable read. The pacing is excellent, and the plot twists keep you guessing until the very end.

Cluelessly Yours is a delightful romantic tale that will make you laugh, cry, and root for love against all odds. Max Monroe has crafted a story that lingers in your heart, reminding us that sometimes, the most unexpected paths lead to the most beautiful destinations. Highly recommended for fans of romantic comedies with a touch of drama.

Witty, wholesome + laugh out loud funny, with super loveable characters, twists, banter AND drama, this is book three in a mini-series that read as standalone’s but interconnect the same characters.

Sammie was such a likeable + relatable MC and I was rooting for her HEA throughout the book. Her two boys were also the absolute cutest.. I’m loving a single mom/dad trope at the moment🫶🏽

The twist right at the start was perfect, drawing the reader in instantly + making them wonder how on earth the FMC got into such a situation. Elizabeth Louise + Sebastian York narrated this PERFECTLY and created such a fun listening experience. And the three-part (!) epilogue? Chefs kiss 😚🤌🏽

This still reads brilliantly as a standalone but I’d highly recommend reading the trio to experience the full stories of the interconnected characters🫶🏽

In Cluelessly Yours by Max Monroe, Sammie Baker is a divorced, single mother trying to juggle two very active young boys, with an absent father, and a job in New York City. She is positive she cannot add another thing to her plate, especially a man, who in her experience, would only place additional demands on her time and further complicate her life. But Gavin, a business client from work just won’t take no for an answer. The next thing she knows, she is attracted to two men who both seem to be interested in her in return. Noah, a pediatric anesthesiologist, met Sammie through her younger sister, Brooke. He is extremely interested in Sammie and really likes her boys, but has not pursued her because she wasn’t ready to date. When he discovers that she went on a date with someone else, Noah knows that he needs to make his interest clear or lose his chance. The book is filled with missed opportunities, crazy kid antics, trips to the ER, and misunderstandings keep the reader laughing all the way to the happily ever after. This second chance for love romcom is another hit by the fabulous writing duo who brought us the Billionaire Bad Boys and the Billionaire Collection. Cluelessly Yours is the third book in the It’s a Funny Story series, which started with Brooke’s highly entertaining story. It can be read as a stand-alone, but the reading experience is enriched by having read the two previous books in the series. I experiences this story in audiobook form and highly recommend the experience, the narrators were wonderful and added to the comedic impact of the story. I definitely recommend this audiobook for readers who enjoy contemporary romcom. I am voluntarily writing this honest review after listening to an advanced complementary copy of this audiobook thanks to Netgalley and Max Monroe.

Sammy Baker is a single mum of two small boys aged seven and five, trying to find her way in one of the busiest cities of the world. The last thing on her mind is dating but suddenly she has two suitors to choose from. Who will she end up with? Will it be businessman Gavin, one of the customers of the restaurant where she works and someone who wants to wine & dine her or perhaps paediatric anaesthetist Noah? A man rightly or wrongly she thinks is a bit of player. Her sister Brooke has already decided for Sammy and is firmly Team?

The latest romcom from Max Monroe and the main characters will be familiar to regular readers of this writing duo from Accidental Attachment and Best Frenemies which overlaps slightly with Cluelessly Yours. Slightly more angsty than previous books, it initially starts in the present day with the hero and heroine in hospital before then going back a month in time and tells their story and how they ended up there in this slowburn romance. It could almost be called the tribulations of Sammy as anything that can go wrong does go wrong for her. From sprinklers going off in a restaurant to her seven-year-old son Seth educating his fellow students on how just how his aunt Brooke got a baby in her belly to her youngest son Seth’s desires to play guitar, play for the Yankees or be an alligator. It’s more than obvious that both Max and Monroe are mothers as the scenes involving Sammy and her kids were well written, funny and true to life. The romance side is definitely of the slowburn variety as life gets in the way of Sammy getting any action or perhaps it was just the wrong man and fate intervening although once she makes her choice then its full steam ahead with only a few child shaped bumps in the road but it initially their relationship was all about the developing the friendship even though it was apparent from the start, the hero wanted more. Another book from Max Monroe I would have no hesitation recommending.

Sebastian York and Elizabeth Louise provided the narration for this book and gave wonderful performances as they brought not only the main characters of Sammy, Noah and Gavin to life but also Sammy’s two little boys. Elizabeth’s portrayal of Sammy was spot on as the world weary but patient mom doing the best she could for her children while resisting the occasional urge to strangle them.

Cluelessly Yours was such a surprise story for me. The first two books that are connected to this one were definitely romcoms and this one, while still funny, held so much angst as well. Angst brought on by a love triangle!

I enjoyed Sammy's character; a mom trying to find her way with two little ones. She's trying to get back out in the dating world and what comes with that makes her story a relatable one. Noah is such an amazing guy with everything he does. Loved him!

I recommend reading the others so you can meet the side characters (and their stories are good ones) but not necessary to enjoy this book!

Sammy and Noah, the story we've been waiting for. I can admit I was panicked for 50% of this book thinking I was wrong and Noah wasn't the MMC...I feel like Max and Monroe very much did that on purpose so I would stress. But it did allow Elizabeth Louise the opportunity to perform over 50% of the book and she did it in such an effortless way. Then once Noah enters the chat Sebastian York seamlessly performs each character.

There were so many moments where I was second guessing everything but when the truth comes out....you will fall head over heels in love with their story.

This is my first Max Monroe book (audiobook) and now I wanna read the rest of this series! The narrators were great! I really like Sebastian York, and he was a great Noah! Both narrators did every voice very well. This story was fun, a little spicy, and a lot swoony. There were also a lot of funny moments. My only negative for this story is that I felt like one thing after another happened to the characters in this story. But other than that it was great!

The bad news? Getting hit by a cab can officially get crossed off my bucket list.

The worse news? While I’ve woken up from my coma, the man I’m in love with hasn’t stirred from his.

And the most terrible news of all? A pregnant woman is at his bedside, holding his hand, and saying that he’s the father of her baby.

CW:
Cheating
Borderline Sexual Harrasment
Special needs
Child injuries

A cute story of Sammy Baker, divorced and single mom of two roudy boys, and her road to find love again. She finds herself in the middle of a love triangle with the slick businessman Gavin, and the caring doctor Noah, who is way out of her league. Who will she choose? And what chaos lies ahead.

The book includes characters that we meet earlier in the series, but can be just as much be read as a standalone novel. The characters Are just as loveable as they have been in previous stories.

Thank you so much to NetGalley and Max Monroe for giving me a audiobook copy of the book, in exchange for an honest review.

I've read a good number of books by the authors till date, and I can't have enough of them. This book comes from a series where the MCs share the same world, and we get to see them here and there. (Loved the special appearances of MCs from Dr. OB) You don't have to read all the books to understand what's happening coz can be read as standalones, but trust me, the whole series feels so good.

This book's got some crazy moments with all the tropes and banter it's got covered, so brownie points from me as a lover of drama. Some of them felt like random plotlines just thrown in there for effect, which I'm not a fan of, but nevertheless, I don't hate the book.

Sammy, the MC is loud and very likeable with a chaotic and very 'happening' life. She's divorced, has two kids who are always in trouble and a pregnant sister who happens to be the MC of the first book in the series. She's got huge feelings and dreams too, but everything is always confusing and 'the time's never right'. Ahhh Sammy, you just wanna hug her so tight, she's amazing.

Like their other books, Max and Monroe's writing is easy to read and full of banter as you easily devour the book whole. I loved this book and I hope you do too!

I listened to this ARC in exchange for an honest review. I was so excited to finally read ‘the sister’s’ story! To be honest I’m not a huge fan of love triangles, so was happy when that was out of the way… to only then assume a different love triangle! Only it wasn’t.
I’m so glad it had a happy ever after. Really liked both of the main characters, and could understand the mom and being busy side of things. Had a few laugh out loud moments that were classic to this author pair.

<b>I was hooked from the first paragraph. </b>

Sammy is a single mom focused on getting her life back on track after moving to NY with her boys and raising them alone.

Life is hectic for Sammy, but she handles it all so well. Even when she thinks she is failing at parenting alone, she's still doing her best!

Her boys were hilarious. Especially Grant. He's a tiny little funny tornado. <b>“I didn’t know old people could move this fast!”</b>

I couldn't have been happier with the MC that won the FMC heart. He was perfect and so patient. <b>"Operation “Be the Man by Sammy’s Side,”</b>

<b>"He’s my person. My guy. The only man I want to be with. Frankly, I don’t think I’ve ever been more certain of someone in my whole life than I am of him.

This is my second book by this author duo, and I'm happy to say that I not only finished this book, but I enjoyed it very much. I struggled a little bit with the first book in this series. I wasn't sure if I should try this book, but I'm so glad I did. This book was funny and emotional with a fun plot and lovable characters. I love how the book starts out in a scene that comes later in the book. The reader is left wondering what is going to happen. Single mom, Sammy Baker has a bit of a love triangle for some of the book, but soon it becomes very clear which guy is the real hero. Sammy has to really believe she deserves love again. I listened to the is book in audio. The narrators. did a great job. I enjoyed listening to this book come to life. Huge thanks to Netgalley and the audiobook publisher for allowing me to listen and review this book. I will definitely listen to another book by this author duo.

A cute and funny story about a single mom of two who finds love in the chaos.
As a mom myself, some of the situations Sammy went through with her kids felt so relatable as did her feelings of guilt about having a life outside of being a mom. The MMC, which I won’t name here since it’s not that obvious in the beginning of the story ;), was so dreamy and the man that Sammy deserved.
I love Max Monroe’s sense of humour, the banter between characters and the quick witted replies that aways have me laughing out loud. The chemistry between the characters and the spice was amazing and I’m so happy I got a look back into Brooke and Chase’s romance from book 1!
