I would like to thank netgalley and Three Birds Press for a free copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.

The first couple of chapters are very naive and not very believable but it does improve.

˗ˋˏ ♡Thank you Holly Kerr and NetGalley♡ ˎˊ˗

˗ˋˏ୨୧Introduction୨୧ ˎˊ˗
This is "Royal Rumble" by Holly Kerr. The main genre for this is romance. We have two main characters Camille and Odin. Odin is a prince of a land called Laandia, and Camille is the daughter of a prefect from Saint Pierre. They have been put into an arranged marriage due to a mistake made by Prince Odin, however they both have something to gain in this marriage, but is there spark of love from their past connection still there?

˗ˋˏ୨୧Writing style୨୧ ˎˊ˗
The writing style in the book is very easy to get through, it was easy to follow and engaging, I loved reading the parts that were said in italics. I loved being in the head of the characters and knowing what they felt. The book I would say was fast paced, however that might be because I am a reader on the quicker side.

˗ˋˏ୨୧Characters୨୧ ˎˊ˗
Camille: She is a strong willed lady, she does not care about others opinions on her. She has a lovely little dog called Betty White (love the name), who she takes care of very well. She is also good at reading people, like how she understood the personalities of Odin's brothers just from one dinner. I like how she did not let the reaction and actions of the people of Laadina get to her head, and instead of cowering in fear she talked back and showed them that she did not care. Literally girl boss. P.S I hate her father

Odin: Honestly at the start I felt that he was just dumb, as he made stupid mistakes and did not understand the very obvious things that everyone else can see. However, during the book he did end up redeeming himself. He listened and fixed his mistakes. Forgetting that he as a character is realistic, we all make mistakes and some things we do not realize until someone else tells us. I liked that from his POV we gained an understanding of his actions. P.S I love his father

˗ˋˏ୨୧Originality୨୧ ˎˊ˗
To me I would say that this is a theme or type of book I have not read before, however take that with a grain of salt as I am still somewhat new to reading.

˗ˋˏ୨୧Enjoyment and impact୨୧ ˎˊ˗
I loved reading this book, it was easy to read and made me feel things inside (the kissing), I am waiting for the rest of the books in this series, I believe they will be about the other brothers. I will be buying this book when it is out and will be reading Ms. Holly Kerr’s other books.

˗ˋˏ୨୧Target audience୨୧ ˎˊ˗
People who want an easy, quick, romance, dual POV, royal, kinda arranged, communication and fun book.

˗ˋˏ୨୧Overall assessment୨୧ ˎˊ˗
Overall I loved this book, but sometimes I felt that we were happy then there was a problem, then happy, then problem, but it makes it a bit more realistic as nobody's perfect. I will be needing a novella of this couple though, and Camille’s father in a pit of fire. I do recommend for people not wanting too much. 4 stars!

I was utterly charmed by this delightful romance that rekindles the flames between Lady Camille and Prince Odin amidst an impending arranged marriage. Their past, filled with heartache and unsent letters, adds layers to their complex relationship. Camille's fiery spirit and Odin's struggle with duty and desire create a compelling dynamic. The story skillfully weaves humor, romance, and character evolution, addressing themes of love, duty, and second chances with a light touch. Miscommunications and unresolved issues add tension, making their journey toward understanding and love all the more rewarding. This enchanting tale, promising the start of an engaging series, captures the essence of rediscovery and the joy of finding love where it was once lost.

Royal Rumble is the sweetest and funniest romance book I’ve read in a while. Lady Camille and Prince Odin are the perfect royal couple. Ten years ago they fell in love when they were only teenagers. Now they are engaged and there’s a lot of things they need to solve before the wedding. The journey through this whole mess called arranged marriage, and the fact that they have a past... I’m so bad at this, trying to tell you what I loved about this book without spoiling. I just finished reading it and I feel really good, content and pleased. It’s the perfect one sitting read. Easy to read, funny, touching and romantic. And it has 4 VERY HANDSOME PRINCES. Do you really want anything else?

I recently finished reading Royal Rumble by Holly Kerr and I have to say, it was a delightful read. The story follows Prince Odin of Laandia and Lady Camille of Saint Pierre as they navigate their whirlwind romance and impending marriage. Despite their past and differences, the two are forced to come together for the sake of their countries and make the best of their situation.

Kerr does a great job of creating a charming and humorous story that is both heartwarming and entertaining. The characters are well-developed and likable, especially Camille and Odin, who have a complicated history that adds depth to their relationship. The plot is engaging and keeps you hooked until the very end.

I particularly enjoyed the witty banter between Camille and Odin, as well as the exploration of the challenges that come with being a royal. The story also touches on themes of forgiveness and second chances, making it a feel-good read that leaves you with a smile on your face.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Royal Rumble to anyone looking for a fun and romantic read. It's the perfect book to escape into and get lost in the world of royalty and romance.

Thank you for this ARC! It was a really lovely read of a sweet rom-com and I’m very grateful I had this opportunity.

Royal Rumble is a very cute take on modern arranged royal marriage. Prince Odin just embarrassed himself on a Bachelorette-type reality show. Lady Camille needs a husband to be allowed to be a prefect of the island she’s from. They both need one another so it should be an easy arrangement, yet their common history (they actually met 10 years prior and exchanged letters) and their current feeling get in the way.

I really enjoyed the character development, the chemistry between them and the realistic approach to love they had going into that relationship. They don’t know each other so they need time to build their bond and to be ready to say “I love you”, and it is refreshing to see that being part of their journey. The supporting characters are also very interesting and well written, you want to know more about everyone, you want to immerse into Laandia’s world.

I recommend reading it wholeheartedly to all interested in “royals” and “arranged marriage” tropes.

First of all, thank you NetGalley and to the author and publisher for granting my request to read this book. It's such an interesting read especially if you are into royal families :) The storyline is quite slow though since the characters are not really sure on how they feel towards each other. It's a mix of push and pull, highs and lows. A story of second chances with an unexpected beautiful ending.

The Royal Rumble started out incredibly joyful and exciting! I was looking forward to reading it and learning more about the main characters. However, Cammie was such a caricature of a "grumpy female", it made it difficult for me to enjoy the story. I wish the characters were more nuanced and had a meaningful conversation about their background (they met, had a passionate night and fell out of touch) and the repercussions of their actions. For me, the story felt rushed and the MMC/FMC did not really grow. However, I am excited to continue reading the series and shipping Kate with whomever she chooses. 2.5 stars
Thank you NetGalley for my ARC, All opinions are my own.

Hey, have you read Royal Rumble by Helly Kerr? It's a cute rom-com about two royals who have to marry each other, but end up falling in love. It's a really fun and sweet story that will make you smile and laugh.

The book is about Odin, a bad boy prince who doesn't want to be a king, and Camille, a spunky lady who doesn't want to be a princess. They meet at their engagement party, and they hate each other at first sight. They have nothing in common, except for their love for dogs, sword fighting, and snowballs. They also have to deal with their families, the media, and their enemies, who are trying to ruin their marriage. As they spend more time together, they find out that they have more in common than they thought, and that they have a lot of chemistry. They also learn to trust and respect each other, and to overcome their fears and insecurities. They eventually realize that they are in love, and that they want to make their marriage work.

The book has a great plot, with some funny and exciting scenes that keep you interested. The characters are also awesome, they are funny and relatable, and they change a lot throughout the story. The book is written in a simple and engaging way, with witty and realistic dialogue, and colorful and vivid descriptions. The book has a light-hearted and humorous tone, but also a sweet and emotional one, as it shows the characters' feelings and struggles.

The book is a well-written and well-crafted work of fiction, that gives you a satisfying and entertaining story, with lovable and relatable characters. The book has some minor flaws, like some clichés and predictability, and some unrealistic and convenient situations, but they don't affect the overall quality and impact of the book. The book is a rewarding and enjoyable read, that meets the expectations and preferences of the genre and the audience.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes cute rom-coms, especially those that involve arranged royal marriages, enemies-to-lovers, and adorable dogs. I would also recommend this book to anyone who wants a fun and easy read, that will make them smile and laugh, and that will brighten their day. I think this book is suitable for readers of all ages, as it has a clean and wholesome content and message. However, I would also warn you that this book is not very original or realistic, and that it may not appeal to those who are looking for a more serious or complex story.

This was a fun and entertaining read. Royal Rumble is a second chance romance with a constant misunderstanding trope. I found the characters likable and their story enjoyable!

It’s a good book, not much going on tho with in the book. It is the first book I’ve read from this author but would read another.

The story was enjoyable to read and you got a very cute romcom! Overall the plot was very predictive, which doesn't come as surprise to me. The characters were great and the writing good.

Fairly predictable rom com but it was still a good read that I enjoyed it. It was also a quick read.

Camille was a very independent woman who is limited by the rules surrounding her. While Odin is a scored prince. I didn't enjoy the constant misunderstanding in this book. I feel like it was overdone in this book. I loved everything else though

This book made me feel very comfortable. It is a love story, that we all need to read. It is warm, cozy and gives a sense, that there is more that the most popular erotic stories, that we can find in bookstores.
I loved the development of Camille and Odin and their relationship. Basically I love this book from the first page.

I really wish that it will be translated to polish and published here, so that I would be able to recommend it to everyone.

This is the first book I have read by Holly Kerr. Reading the blurb, I thought this might be a good read, so I gave this new author (to me) a try. I am so happy I did so. This book was really good from cover to cover. This is a second chance, royal romance that follows Camille and Odin and their arranged royal wedding. I absolutely adored Camille - she has grown so much from the innocent 17 year old that Odin first meets. The character of Odin was a bit wishy washy, but that was on purpose and really worked in this book. This book is 4.5 stars rounded up to 5. Thank you NetGalley for an advanced copy.

I really enjoyed this book, it was such a cute romance! The second chance trope between Camille and Odin was not overdone and I loved that there were just about no true flashbacks, some mention of the past but not overdone. I really enjoyed the relationship development between the two main characters but also the supporting characters as well. Overall this was an adorable romance book.

This is a new author to me, which is always a delight because I will not look for her back catalogue and I am also very interested in reading about the rest of the royal brothers.

I found this a fun read, the arranged marriage that wasn't really arranged, but more like fated. The ending was a little abrupt, but the story will continue with the other siblings story.

A lighthearted and sweet royal romance, where Camille and Odin might get a second chance at love.

'Marriages of convenience should be convenient. This is not'.

Camille thought she had met the love of her life when she was 17 with Prince Odin of Laandia: sneaking away at a ball and spending the night together, she fell in love. When they parted ways, Camille wrote over 100 letters to Odin, but only received a few in return. With little effort from Odin, Camille decided to end it.

10 years later, Camille and Odin are getting to married... to each other. An arranged marriage. But can Camille forgive Odin for, 1. 10 years ago, and 2. Broadcasting to the world that she was the one who got away on national television.

A good start to the Love in Laandia series, I do enjoy an arranged marriage trope - alongside getting a second chance at love.

I loved watching Camille and Odin fall for each other all over again, although guarded at first. However, I would have liked the full answer as to why Odin stopped writing to Camille 10 years ago, but maybe we'll see that in the next installment.

Overall, this was a really sweet read and I'm looking forward to the next book in the series!

'This is supposed to be an arranged marriage, but it might be starting to feel like a real one too easily'.

Thank you to NetGalley and Publisher for this copy. This review is voluntary.

Great start for the Love in Laandia series! Camilles character is incredible, a strong female lead, full of sass and always standing up for herself. Prince Odin is swoonworthy, although a little clueless about relationships, I think it helps humanise him and makes him easier to relate to.

The family dynamic is heartwarming and makes you feel like you are right there, part of the family.

I do have some unanswered questions at the end of the book. I think it needs a couple of bonus scenes to wrap up things with her dad, and if she takes over his role, along with why did Prince odin stop writing to her, it felt like there is more to that story. All of this may be clarified in the next book however.

Overall this was a good feel good, funny, cheerful book. Light and Fluffy with lots of chuckles.
