Another triumph for Ms Ashley, her books are always so good full of passion and a clear love for all her characters and her stories and I can’t help but love them along with her

I'm always hit or miss when it comes to books by Kristen Ashley. I want to love them all, but there was so much in this book, it felt like information overload at times. I liked but didn't love.

It didn't take long to realize this is no longer the genre for me. Kristen Ashley continues to be an amazing and talented writer but these MC reads are just too much for me.

Requested and downloaded this book back in 2013 with every intention of reading it but then it expired on my device before I had the chance. Have felt bad about that and as a result haven't wanted to leave a review but with more and more publishers relying on Feedback ratings I need to clear out some of these older titles in my queue.

This lacked my usual Kristen Ashley flare that i love, but it was still overall an enjoyable read. I think the plot was interesting, but not for me. I figured that KA could do a Motorcycle club I would enjoy more than most, but this was not the case.

I didn't finish this book. I was looking forward to it very much but the story didn't keep my interest and couldn't get invested in the characters enough to continue reading.

I expected to like this one a bit more than I did. Both Hop and Lanie acted rather immature during parts of the story. Of course that didn't stop me from reading it...

My personal tastes have changed and this book no longer interests me. Thank you anyway for the review copy. Since NetGalley requires a star rating, I must add one, but it in no way reflects the book itself, only my tastes.

As much as I love this series and Chaos, I wasn't expecting to love this book as much as I did! It was so much more than I expected and I couldn't get enough of Lanie and Hop! For me these characters had just been background characters in the previous books and I didn't know I would love them like I did! But from the very first page of their book I was hooked! Lanie and Hop had so much more between them than I would have ever guessed, and while at first glance they appear to be wrong for one another that was not the case at all here. They fit so well together and honestly they were exactly what the other needed! Lanie and Hop are one of those couples that shouldn't work yet do on every level. I shouldn't doubt Kristen Ashley's ability to make me fall in love with her characters as I have loved everything I have ever read from her. Another must read!

Seriously I do not think Kristen Ashley has it in her to ever write a book that I have not loved. Anytime I need a pick me up its her that I turn right too.

Sadly this was a DNF for me. I have tried to read this author a few times and have come to the conclusion that her writing style just isn't for me, even though a lot of book friends adore it. Definitely a case of me, not the author.

Lanie & Hop’s story was very romantic, without being sappy or annoying. Their sexual chemistry was off the charts, and as usual, Kristen Ashley knows how to give her readers an emotional and entertaining storyline filled with dialogue that is both witty and full of raw sensuality. I would have liked more continuation of the CHAOS storyline, which we didn’t get other than a few incidents, but overall I have no complaints. Once again Kristen Ashley sucked me in and made me fall in love, ruining me for any other books in the immediate future.

I wanted to try this author but I decided not to read this after the first 15 pages or so. I will say that the writing is solid and enticing. I think in the long run I would like the characters although I wasn’t sure at first. But I can’t get beyond the language – crude both before and during sex - yes, it gets to sex in the prologue and first 3% of the book. This one is just too steamy for me to enjoy so I am going to pass and read something else.
There are many good reviews listed at Amazon.
I encourage those who like steamy romance to give this a try.

I received this book free from NetGalley. I loved Motorcycle Man, so of course, I wanted to read a book that featured Lainie, Tyra's best friend. I'll admit, that I mainly wanted it in order to get more of Tyra and Tack, but I still really enjoyed Lainie and Hopper's story on its own. Lainie was quite the drama queen, but Hopper fell hard for her anyway and wasn't at all put off by her, which I loved. He was basically the usual perfect KA hero who used to sing in a band, and now has two kids that he's a great father to. Even though he thinks Lainie is way above him in terms of beauty and class, he still goes after her anyway. After a one night stand, she wants to pull away, not wanting to ever get involved with a guy again, but he doesn't want to let her go and keeps getting under her skin. I loved the push and pull between them. Even though she was sometimes over the top in her reactions (drama queen, remember?) this was fun book to read.
