You can tell that a lot of research went into this. I love microhistories however, I found after the first part of the book it was a little difficult to stay engaged with the topic. I think Twilley's writing and research were well done and I'd love to read more from the author about other topics in the future.

This was a really interesting look at the cold supply chain. I’m fascinated with grocery stores, and this is an aspect I hadn’t seen covered previously.
