Confessions of the Dead is your standard James Patterson - a fast read with murder and intrigue.
Set in a charming New Hampshire town it is a place for leaf viewing and enjoying the food at the local diner. There is no crime until a nameless stranger comes to town and murders begin, coming closer and closer to the town.
The sheriff and the deputy can't find out anything about the girl - she won't even reveal her name.
Is she related to the murders? What is happening to the formerly crime-free town?
A fast read
