This book was absolutely hilarious! The way Val and Hannah's relationship unfolded was a source of constant amusement, even before Hannah realized her true feelings. What I adored most was how both characters were flawed yet utterly lovable, and their witty exchanges had me in stitches.
The setting of London served as the perfect backdrop, beautifully described and adding to the overall charm of the story. The slow-burn romance allowed for a deeper connection to develop between the main characters, making their journey all the more satisfying.
Without a doubt, this romcom is a must-read for fans of workplace romance. It's a delightful and enjoyable ride that will have you hooked from start to finish. I can’t wait to read more from this wonder author!
Thank you to the author, Iris Visser, and NetGalley for providing me with an ARC of "From London with Love" in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed here are entirely my own.
What’s very odd is that I was very excited to read this book based on the description. Unfortunately the description is for a different book!
What a mix up!
Cute, sweet romance. She falls for her boss trope. Quick read.
Thanks Net Galley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This is the cutest hallmark Valentine’s Day romance. Super short + sweet. I read it in one evening. It was a feel-good story filled with lots of banter between the two main characters (which I’m a total sucker for). There were moments I definitely giggled out loud, and overall it was such a light-hearted, endearing book. There are a couple of descriptive love scenes and a couple of nondescript love scenes. It wasn’t quite a 4-star read for me, because it was a little cheesy for my tastes. Still very cute, and if you love those hallmark vibes (as I know a lot of you do) you will eat this one up!
